This phone exceeds my expectations. The picture quality is amazing. The S pen with remote is a great feature for taking group photos. I'm sure I haven't even scratched the surface of what this phone is capable of.

Very happy with this purchase, upgraded from a Samsung S8+. Faster device and Camara quality is awesome, very impressed with it, been taking pictures in low light settings without flash and was blown away!

I'm a Samsung loyalist but with great reason. The Note9 is incredible. The only complaint I ever have is the bloatware that can't be deleted. But the screen, camera, weight, size - all great!

So far I love the Note 9 and I'm still exploring its features so Im sure I'll end up loving it more!! Im so happy I was able to get it in a color I really like. I miss the days when I used to get whatever phone had just been released for free because I was upgrading but Im good with the deal I got. It arrived earlier than I expected and Im so glad Best Buy requires a signature at delivery because a couple of days later my package from a different store was given to a random person across the street from my house by the UPS delivery man. Im getting off topic...So in conclusion: Im happy with my purchase, would recommend both Best Buy & Samsung Galaxy phones and I really LOVE my new phone!

Nice graphics, the speaker is way louder than the s7 that I had before and the screen is great. This phone also has awesome battery life. I can use it all day and still have juice when I get home.

Excellent camera, superb battery, functions are pretty awesome [i.e. splitting views, being able to do multiple things on phone at once, the handwriting/texting features, etc]. Highly recommend.

I love my note. I need to email and use my computer quiet frequently. I love how I can work from my phone. The pem comes in handy for smaller projects. It also helps when taking selfies.

I haven't even begun to try to figure out all the new stuff with the phone. The new camera is fantastic though. My daughter is completely in envy of the camera. Much faster than the old note 5

I love my Note 9 the stylus allows me to take pictures away from the phone. The phone takes great quality pictures, movies are awesome and the speaker sounds perfect outloud. I love this phone!

I would definitely have to say so. Cameras...escellent. S-Pen...excellent. Battery life...excellent. What more can be said. Bit pricey, yes but not as expensive as the new iPhones are maxed out.

I got this as an upgrade to my Samsung 8 and I'm so happy that I did. I love the note 9!! The camera is great!! I have so much storage space too. I'm still finding new things to do with it.

I got this phone because of the fast processor and stylus. After which I realize I would probably never use a stylus. I was wrong I've used it several times and I'm very happy with the phone

It took me a long time to upgrade due to lack of phone cases AND because the sales on phones were only for new customers, so thanks Samsung for rewarding longterm customers. I'm glad i finally took the plunge. I LOVE THE NOTE 9! I love the pen but sometimes it wont let me just touch the screen with my finger for something simple. It doesnt happen often so its not too annoying. I've not tried the remote option for pictures yet but I have my own emoji. so fun! I think the best thing is that my phone NEVER goes dead and I use it quite a bit for work and my side business. Love the battery life! my other favorite thing is the camera features. It takes great pictures!

I really like this phone! The camera is good (esp. if I learn how to utilize all it's functions). I appreciate the easy access bar that can be hidden until needed (to obtain your apps). Movies play well & clear just wish the stylus stayed in more & that the live videos aren't pixelated on playback. Overall, it's great for work (creating and/or editing spreadsheets etc.).

The Note 9 is an exceptionally impressive phone with the ability to write notes on the go and take the best photos of any phone I've seen to date. The long battery life is also great.

Consider this more of a small tablet or a mini computer. Does more than any other phone. Bought the Note9 over the S9 and S9+ due to the pen features, extra memory and larger battery.

I received the email that my phone was ready for pickup the same day I placed the order. Great phone. Easy to use, with new options that make the phone a great choice over the Note8.

I am pleased with my purchase of the note 9. It has a very quick operating system and is very user friendly. I love using the pen as a remote to take pictures from across the room.
