    After a few mins of talking the phones audio gets choppy and I can't understand what the person is saying. ATT sent me a new one and it was choppy also. I have to keep hanging up and call the person back every few mins.

    I do love it but ive already had to get a new one. the speaker went out in mine but my new one is great and has great features. quite bigger than im used to. No more back pockets

    Battery life is not good HD screen looks pretty good had to return first one I received because of screen issues and phone randomly cutting on and off s-pen upgrade is awesome it's a 3 out 5

    Battery is not as great as associate advertised! Phone does not function flawlessly like a phone of this price point should! Will return and wait to see if note 10 is better functionally.

    I expect this Samsung note9 is going to be better than the galaxy S8 but the S8 performance better than the note9 a lot off the apps fails to works on the note9

    Upgraded from note 8. Still draining battery over a full day. Have to plug in by lunchtime. Considering whether I should go back to apple. Seems maybe with heavy use the battery drains fast.
