That was a terrible experience. I was dropped during a chat and transferred approximately 7 times, to different chat reps. They try hard to discourage you from filing a claim. I would discourage anyone, from buying Asurion insurance and go with Geek Squad protection or Square Trade. I dropped Asurion, like a hot potato.

It has tons of power, a huge battery, lots of storage space, very good sound and an incredible big, beautiful screen. This phone fits very well in the hand.... It does not feel like a monstrosity at all. I've had the Note 9 for 12 hours and I haven't been able to put it down! Highly recommended.. Worth every penny.

I'd give anything to have that again. I do not like the "edge" on these phones now. Id rather have it flat. Works better if I need to get right at the edge to drag something or go back on a video etc. Also like the size of the note 4 better. I dont like these ones now that are more narrow. CANT STAND BIXBY. Also hate when I swipe to the side and that side panel comes out. And of course......ALL THIS PRE-INSTALLED CRAP ON THE PHONE THAT WE DO NOT WANT ON OUR PHONES THAT WE PAY FOR. When this phone is paid off Im getting a cheaper off brand one that doesnt force all this crap on us.
