Still getting set up and figuring out how to use it, but it has done everything i've asked. I made the right choice!

One of the considerations that I purchased Apple iphone 11 Pro Max was volume. I need and I want (Volume) I do not hold No Cell phone up to my face and ear,Hence!!! - I need and require VOlUME!! and when you got my attention and you got my money.Simply,put if I can hear your cell phone we have at least, a conversation.That was the main cause for my switch to Apple. Samsung improve your ring and speaker volume issues or Else!!! (Hmmmm)

Like a fast pc/laptop with 6gig RAM. The battery on this Note9 is solid and last long time without the need of charging.

Overall a great phone. Samsung has really toned down their software, it is no longer intrusive with duplicate apps and always trying to force a Samsung app down your throat versus a Google app. Fast hardware, top notch build quality.

Only had this phone for a few weeks but the battery life is phenomenal so far, but that's comparing it to my old iPhone 6s.

My favorite phone so far. I broke the screen recently and decided to fix it myself instead of buying another $1000 phone. Still works great and glad not to have the phone payment.

Got this phone for a great d ew al and love it! I upgraded from an S8+ so not a huge change but all in all a great phone! Just wish Samsing would do away with the curved screens!

Nothing wrong so far. I like the big screen. It is a good value for a phone for big screen. I can't complain.

Very quick transition between the apps. Bixby is not as good as Google assistant but not entirely useless. Overall great phone that allows you to personalize. Love the camera feature with the pen as a remote! My own selfie stick!

Always can count on Samsung to provide excellent products and service! I continuously have purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note phones for my entire family. Haven't been disappointed yet!

My husband had the galaxy s9, but he was not happy with it. The voice text was always off and just didn't work with all his apps. Once he got this and used all the features, he loved this phone. So much happier with this one.

Camera not as great as hyped up. Wishing I would have just went with an S9 due to size. However, I do like the pen.

The note 9 exceeded my expectations. The streaming speed and screen resolution are incredible. You deffinetly get what you pay for!

Got this phone for my son as a replacement for his VERY TROUBLED Apple phone that Apple could not fix.....HE LOVES IT !!!! I have been a Samsung user for years..... converted my son and my wife...... 1 left to go.

I had the moto z2 play and it was an awesome phone but I've always wanted the note so I for the note 9 and I love it even more but I still have the play. The note 9 and the z2 play is the best 2 phones I've ever had.

I am learning more about the capabilities of this device every day. Love it so far, but seriously folks, do I have to go to U-tube to learn how to use it properly. What happened to users manuals or decent help menus?

I have only had for a week now but I am really liking this phone. I am still trying to figure out the Bixby app

Pen is a cool feature. Im not a fan of of the curved edges, but its an otherwise worthwhile device.

I am so happy switching from iPhone to note 9 this time. It was really a difficult decision for me to switch from IOS to Android but i am so happy with my new note

Recently bought this note 9 because I was due for an upgrade and wow...this is a huge upgrade from my note 4, I love it, except for the bug on the right side of my screen but I managed to ignore it and unsee it.
