Love everything about the phone. I can wake up the phone with just 2 taps and so much more. When its face down the sides light up when I receive any call or notification.

I felt like i got a super deal with all of the pre-order promotions from Best Buy, Verizon and Samsung, but... Keyboard has a mind of its own. Sadly the camera was having trouble with clarity, especially when taking video by the beginning of December. And after updates, text messages have gotten confused.

I love this so far. the color is nice, the clarity and apps are nice. I have not taken pictures yet but I can't wait. My son has already found a drawing app and loves the pen.

I loved my Note 4 so much that I hung on to it until it started to show its age. Bought the Note 9 - the most amzing phone ever. Only took a day to master it. Just love it.

Very nice, appears well built, top notch display but is at a higher price point.

I bought this for my wife after her old phone gave out. She has never had a note before, but has fallen in love with it in short order. She uses it for everything.

I have always been an android user. I love the camera features in the note, the system is great so far too. There are always more features than I ever need but great to have.

It a nice phone. I like how you can push the button on the pen to take pictures.

I am a graphic designer and this phone is great for drawing. Also love being able to write my notes instead of typing them. Traded in my Note 8 for the Note 9, glad I did!

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is better than last one, and first time using best buy instead of Verizon to upgrade. Best buy have better trade in price and they helped me out great

I waited a long time to replace my Note 5. Got this and am very happy with it. I don't even turn on my laptop because I can do most of the thing I need to do on the Note

Faster and more storage than my S7. Poor location of the fingerprint reader.

It’s a little getting used to if you are not familiar with the android system... it’s a good phone with a lot of functions and a great camera.

I have had numerous iPhones. This is way better than any iPhone made. A proper amount of storage and way customizable. I am happy to switch to Android on Samsung. Thanks

I had been debating an upgrade so awhile. I rec'd an email from Best Buy when a deal I couldn't pass up. I sm so happy l did the upgrade to my Samsung Galaxy Note 9.

I like all the features on this phone. Ive only ever had the Samsung Galaxy series. The note is new to me but im getting use to all it has to offer. Very user friendly.

This phone is easy to navigate all the features. Have been able to get the apps I need and want for my work life as well as personal life.
