Poor Design - Not Best Buys Fault

I have owned Note series phones since the Note 4 and have never had an issue with the S Pen breaking. My wife's S Pen has now broken twice in less than a year!

Samsung Note9 Stylus

Had Samsung Note 9 for 2 months, original Stylus won't stay in, Best Buy in Rochester, MN won't do anything about it, Called Samsung Customer Service & Samsung Parts, they do NOT offer or carry the Silver stylus for Cloud Silver Samsung Note9, they said I had to buy a different color. I bought the Ocean Blue stylus @ Best But in Apple Valley, MN It's NICE that I had a $1000 cell phone with mismatched stylus

Replacement pen

Unfortunately, the worker was wrong, this pen did not fit in the slot for my Note 8. I used it reguardless until it broke 2 months later where the gold meets the yellow.

Sucks not the original S pen

But does not have any Bluetooth features like the original S pen. It's just a normal S pen, don't expect using it as a Bluetooth device to take pictures remotely like the original S pen.
