This is a great phone. It's durable. For me the battery is good it last all day for what I need it to do, if I'm at work I can listen to music all day without charging it. I search the Web from time to time and the batter won't be low to its time for bed. Searching the Web is fast. Phone is large and the picture quality on watching a video is real nice.

Big screen, no silly restrictions as with iphone. Very good apps. Excellent camera

This phone is so simple to set up and use. The widgets and apps are great-love Flipboard! The camera is amazing and takes awesome pics even with magnification. The phone easily syncs to multiple email accounts (I have mine synced to 3), calendars, gallery photos, and my Samsung tablet. Multitasks very easily. Call clarity is good. Overall, this is a very good phone for play and work.

I love this phone. Better than blackberry bold. Calendar will sync with Gmail. Easy to swipe when texting. Great talk to text. Still learning a whole new world! I have numb fingers from chemo & radiation & surgeries (Breast Cancer) and the ease of this phone has been a huge help to connect with family & friends!! Thank you Best Buy and Samsung!

I love everything about this phone. The galaxy has a lot of functionality. If you buy this phone make sure you also get the extended SD card.

Got it for my wife, as her "dumb" phone no longer worked. Now I have to text her to talk to her as she can't put it down.

I like the big screen size the ease of use. picture quality.

Phone looks and sounds great and has many great features, including many Samsung exclusive apps. Camera takes really clear pix. Size is just about right: big enough to be able to see videos etc but small enough to fit in my pocket. Not an iPhone, so there are still some apps that are not developed for Android, but seems to be catching up.

The best screen and cell phone camera I've seen. You get great dSLR features with the camera. The OS is great, it has so many features some people will probably get overwhelmed if they try to learn/use them all. This is hands down the best phone I've ever had (and since I work in the mobile device industry I use a lot of phones).

It's easy to get into the swing of this phone when switching from the iPhone. Texting took some getting used to, but I really like the swiping feature. There are so many options, it's easy to get lost, but overall I'm pleased I made the decision. I've yet to find a case I like, but that's not a problem with the phone itself.

The size of the phone is great! Love the ease and use.

So far I love everything about this phone. I upgraded from the s2 which is also a good phone. The s4 is easier to use and does everything I need for personal and business use. this phone has a long battery life and charges fast. 2 days use before it needs charged even after business use. Then 2 hours to charge it back up.
