Love the phone now that I have gotten used to it. A lot of features., & personal settings available.

This phone does so much and I feel like I am only reaching the tip of the iceberg.

My 2 year upgrade - went for best phone I could find with newest features. Love it

Love the phone, easier to use than itunes, harder to use than iphone, but great once figured it out.

This is the first smartphone and I am just learning to use it. Being older it is had to get use to typing on such a small keyboard. I like the convenience of the phone and am going to use it as my primary phone. I hope that I can learn all the the cool things that come with the phone and all the useful apps.

This phone is perfect for my needs! It has a nice large screen and works great!

There is a reason why this phone is the top iPhone challenger. The S4 isn't the latest top of the line model, but it is still an excellent phone, and it doesn't require a paycheck or two to purchase.

My son said it was the perfect phone. He said it does everything he expected.

I purchased this phone for my nephew because his was falling apart and was not working properly and this was the phone he wanted. I bought it as an early Christmas present for him and he LOVES his phone

Received s4 after s3 started dropping calls along with many other issues (had s3 for 8 months). Within two weeks of useage, this phone ate my sd card. I lost several irreplaceable pics along with video of my sons' baptism. I had previous phones set up to automatically backup but with this phone it did not happen. To be sure it was setup the same way i asked the employee transferring contacts and etc. to make sure everything was there and was assured it was. Went to best buy to try to find answer to retrieve lost items, nothing more than a huge waste of time. When i searched on my own i found this problem is not at all uncommon. WAS a diehard samsung buyer but will now go to a different droid os phone. I do believe if i would not have purchased my phone outright i would have no problems with customer service in dealing with s3 or s4 continual issues. WAS diehard best buy customer also.

The screen is extremely vivid. I also really like the no touch capabilities.

The phone is perfect size it easy to use for texting. Apps are easy to use

The iphone seems small after using this. Great resolution. Better camera.
