Great phone. I had the Note previously and this was a nice upgrade.

Easy to make this purchase online, pick it up in the store. Staff at Best Buy Mobile at the mall very friendly, but seemed they they were not as well versed in how Best Buy online operated, and perhaps could be better instructed. Phone is great, needs a better battery, 4 hours on a charge is not acceptable. First time I have clicked on a a pop-up ad, and I think that I'm glad that I did.

Samsung S4 is my upgrade Phone from Iphone4. To be honest, I never thought that I will part my way from Apple Family, But when I did switch to S4 , I realised that Samsung is way ahead of Apple ! Apple today is where Samsung was 10 years ago! Great Phone and I am in total love with it! I promise that you wont get even a second to miss your IPHONE! :)

Coming from an iPhone I wasn't sure what to expect. Although there was a learning curve and the first few weeks were difficult, once I got used to the Galaxy I quickly fell in love. Great phone. I wouldn't go back to the iPhone.

A good phone, has good battery life, a little bit hard to learn.

Had my phone about 2 months and so far its pritty good. Everything is customizable and you can even put words on the lock screen. I also like all the different ways to set up security on it; pattern lock, voice lock etc. The only thing thats a little annoying is the battery dont seem to last as long as it says, although at least with this phone you can get an extra battery for back up

This phone is just like a mini computer you carry in your purse. You can look up the weather, play games and finds restaurants, cafes, motels and etc. You can surf the web. My favorite app is the flashlight which puts out a brilliant light. It is such a great phone I find myself using and reviewing it too much. Thank you Samsung for a great product

Have had 3 or 4 Iphones over the years. This one tops them all.

The phone works well and easy mode is so easy my 74 year mom uses it with ease.

This was my first phone after having iPhones. The is a great phone so far to test out the Android world. I'm sure I haven't touched even a small amount of what I can do with this phone but I'm enjoying it none the less.

Having a larger screen is great and the features are endless.
