Great for a first time user and self explanatory. Don't like that you don't get instructional books with phones like you used to. Not Everyone likes to get on you tube to watch tutorials.

good phone, but the battery life could be improved. The added features don't really benefit yet. Perfect size with a lot of built in features that I used to control with apps on my old phone.

Just like my tablet but able to make calls. I love it because it's fast. Cant put it down.

I love this phone. Had a slight problem with the first one I got but it was replaced with no problems and have not had a problem since!

My new phone is much faster than my old thunderbolt but it is a little larger than the old phone and I would not want a future phone to be any larger. I would recommend this phone.

Great features, even though I don't use even 1/4 of them. Call quality and signal are nice. Awesome screen, games look and play great.

The phone performs as expected. It handles all the normal activities (calling and texting) with no issues and has superior picture quality.

Impressed with the call quality, camera and video. Still learning to use other features of the phone but I am pleased with my purchase.

This is a good phone for those that want great picture and sound quality. The battery life is short, but that is common with any 4g phone.

Very good phone. Same old problem of reception depending on the area you are in. Takes wonderful pictures. Easier access to web to look up answers to those spur of the moment questions.
