Love the camera on this phone takes great pictures

Love this phone worth it. Much better than iphone.

This phone is a definite upgrade from the Bionic. I've had no crashing and everything seems to work as advertised. I like all of the new features except the smart scroll. It wants to go faster than I want it to go. The battery can barely make it through a whole day. I would definitely recommend this phone to my friends.

Great phone, would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a phone that compares and exceeds the hype caused by the "fruity" phone.

Great features. I had an S3 and did not realize the features until I got this phone.

Reluctantly switched to Galaxy S4 from iPhone and I love it! The possibilities with this device are endless. Love showing off the TV remote control capabilities and the facial recognition for the lock screen. The default keyboard wasn't great, but downloaded Google Keyboard and it works great. Love this phone!

My new Samsung Galaxy S4 replaces a flip phone. All I can say is WOW ! What a difference. I held out purchasing a smartphone as long as I could. But my productivity was suffering. Everything I need now is at my finger tips. Yes, you do pay more for the monthly service. But it saves so much time having a smartphone with you. Till now I have not regretted the purchase of my Samsung Galaxy S4.

It was time for an upgrade from my Droid Razr M. After doing some online research and asking lots of questions of the Samsung tech people at Best Buy, I decided to purchase two of these (one for me and one for my wife). Couldn't be happier with the phone and with the care received at Best Buy.

The phone seemed great but stopped working after two weeks. Though I was still within my return period as a silver member. Deptford< NJ best buy member refused to exchange it. He took the battery and sim card out then put them back and the phone finally came back on. He then said it works fine and wouldn't exchange it. He also said that since I purchased the geek squad coverage not to worry if it happens again that they will give me a refurbished phone that would be new to me or a phone worth equal to or less than the current value of my phone at the time of service. Don't buy the geek squad coverage. It isn't worth it. Also beware your phone might stop working after 2 weeks for no reason.

My wife got an iPhone 5 when I got the Galaxy S3. I loved my phone, but she was disappointed in the iPhone (her previous phone was an Android). Got a great trade-in from Best Buy for the iPhone, so the phone ended up being free, even with the screen protector and case (and a couple of movies).

wish I had a straight talk acct with unlimited everything. store was confusing on the program availability. one person told us one thing when looking at phone and when I went to check out the other person totally nixed all we had been told previously. just like options clear and enough time taken with me so I can understand what is available and the best value.

i love it its a lil bigger than the iphone but it is by far more advanced

This phone replaced my HTC EVO... the only thing I don't like about it is the keyboard. It just doesn't work correctly an is often annoying. It also takes very slo...w pictures indoors with low light, also extremely annoying because I am trying to catch a quick snap shot of my 3 year old

I love the phone, but more than that the service was just wonderful. The guys met all my needs and helped with any problem. The fact that they said come back any time you have a question was all I needed to seal the deal. I love that store. I wpuld recommend it to everyone.
