phone just doesnt' work well, especially touch screen. it hangs up if there is too much light. It has lost the connection with my email several times. Perhaps there is too much technology in the phone, or not enough quality control.

We took it in to BestBuy because i got the protection plan with it, but because the unit never shut off while it was in their possession...15 mins..they would not do anything.

Worst mistake I've ever made. I traded in an iPhone for this junk, and immediately started missing texts. Found out that my imessage was not deactivated by best buy. 6 weeks later, Sprint, best buy and Apple can't help me. I've tried everything, but still no help. Still missing texts & phone calls. Seriously think twice before you buy this product. The customer service from all of the above have been the worst I've ever seen. They actually want me to contact everyone on my contact list and have them switch their settings to turn off imessage for my settings. Really???

I bought this phone Nov,6/2013 and I'm already having trouble charging it tried taking it back to best mobile but because its been more then 14 days I have to go through Samsung.

I upgraded from my Iphone to this Android. Having done this before several years ago I should have known Ibetter. Extremely touchy, too many apps running and confusing on a daily basis. I have been back to BestBuy several times for instructions, then something else will happen. I cannot receive all text messages from Iphone users I cants set up my voicemail. I even talked my sister into the same phone so we could figure it out together now we are both stuck.

Too many notifications. The installed text message app isn't very useful with group messages or mms.

The phone is ok. Not the greatest compared to blackberry or HTC.

The arctic blue S4 overheated and shut down, locked up more than once and generally dod not work on several occasions with more than one phone returned and replaced with another arctic blue S4. Both phones acted up the same.

Purchase phone at BY with 2 year sprint account upgrade. ...I can not talk on phone and surf Internet at same time...keep loosing service...A mess..

Sprint touts the new LTE network as the solution to dropped calls and slow data speeds. I've yet to be able to evaluate the true capability of the phone since the Sprint service is garbage.

Don't get text until phone rings constantly shutting down my mother purchased the same phone on July 5th when she woke up on aug. 14th the screen was cracked on the inside

i was dissapointed on the phone and on best buy for not replacing it. very bad customer service. will not buy phone there anymore and i've bought alot of phones at best buy.

The phone continuously cut off then stop coming on all together within 7 day of having it.

If it drops from a low height it will break . It's the same as the galaxy 3 , get an iPhone 5s if you want a good phone

i don't like this phone, This phone doesn't respond quick it drops calls and the internet doesn't really come on

I love this phone it's awesome. Call quality is good and the 1080p amoled screen is bright and vibrant. The galaxy s4 is the best of the s lineup to date so many features. It is fast trade in that iphone and join android I left iphone 4 and I won't go back.

This phone was a Christmas gift for my mother last year. From what I can tell, she seems to enjoy it. Nice size screen, easy to use. The only problem was its battery. She had to get a new battery about 6 months after getting the phone. This seems to be a common issue with Samsung Galaxy phones because I have a friend with this same phone who also had to get a new battery after only a few months. Same issue with my grandmother's Galaxy S3 phone. So that's the main issue with this phone. Other than that, no complaints.

After researching phones and talking to people about theirs, I knew I wanted a Galaxy. I was due for a upgrade and I couldn’t wait to upgrade from my LG Viper. As luck would have it, Best Buy had a 2 day sale that my eligible date happened to fall on. BB had the GS3 for free and the GS4 for $50. This was considerably less than the prices at Sprint ( $150/$199) and they offered it in blue which is what I would have chosen out of every other color imaginable. This phone has been fun to use and offers a lot of features such as the air gesture and smart stay. To be honest, I won’t use many of them myself, but I’m sure a lot of other people would appreciate the customization ability. The phone is lightweight and has a sleek, modern design. This is a good thing, but also makes accidents more likely. I highly recommend getting a sturdy case to avoid that. I have a rugged case on mine and it doesn’t seem to cause any issues with use. I love the feel of the screen and the TouchWiz, although it could use some tweaking by Samsung, is a treat. The HD screen is a definite upgrade for me, as well as the change from a 5mp camera to the 13mp on the GS4. Videos, pictures, and even text are so much more defined and clear. (Much like the difference between regular TV and HDTV) I know a lot of people complain about battery life, but I have yet to see any android (or Iphone for that matter) have great battery life….especially with high data use. I suggest downloading a battery saver app to help figure out where the most drainage is coming from to make adjustments. I put my screen on saving mode and at first I had problems with it and didn’t like it at all. I have since gotten used to it and most times don’t even notice. If I had to pick something I truly had issue with, it would be glare. Due to the high gloss finish, outside sunlight can make it difficult to see the screen. A screen protector may help that, but I prefer to not use one so I cannot speak to that. All in all, I would recommend this phone to anyone.

Great phone, great improvement over the S3. Sound, display, build, all great! I definitely love Samsung phones.
