Great 4 someone that doesnt play on phone 24/7

Had the SII which I hated because the battery kept cutting out. So far I am very satisfied with the S4 and hope it stays that way since I just started my 2 year contract.

Great camera and graphics tough to navigate

Best Buy charged me more to replace the phone than they stated it would cost when I purchased extra insurance, I was without a phone at all for a week, my replacement phone is black not blue, and ALL my phone contacts were irretrievably lost!! I am truly unhappy with the cost, level of service, and inconvenience getting my phone upgrade through Best Buy as opposed to the Sprint store has caused me. I will never make that mistake again, nor am I likely to shop at Best Buy again.
