Confusing - does things on its own w/o instigation

Battery does not last long. Navigation is NOT easy. I had a Blackberry before and even that was easier to use than this and did not pop in and out of programs... If it worked easily and logically for me I might over look this size but altogether - I'm sorry I bought it.

Love this phone.

Like have a few windows opened up at the same time, dual cameras, and lots more. One thing not good is the battery life is way too short. I wish it lasted longer then it does.
