Cool new features that take the phone beyond the S-4. Water resistance, heart rate sensor, Geo Notifications, and many more cool features. Well worth the upgrade.

It's a good phone - the camera software is helpful and can make up for the small lens. The charging port is USB 3, and is not the same as on every other phone in my household so its like being back to proprietary chargers - a different one for every device.

This phone is the best phone I've had so far, it beats my son's iPhone hands down.

The new S5 is a nice addition to the Samsung family. Slightly bigger screen at 5.1", crisp and clear AMOLED screen, Kit Kat 4.4 OS, 16MB camera - takes great pictures, fingerprint and heart rate sensor are nice additions, and just an overall great phone!

I hate this phone! I lost my phone do went to do my upgrade and get a new phone. They did not have any of the phones I wanted in stock, so I got talked into the Samsung. I hate it with the fire of a thousand suns, it does not have enough RAM to run its basic process so nothing loads and it is slow. It somehow sucks data with no programs running, it used more data than I use in a year. I tried to get used to it, which put me over the 14 day return (isn't 30 standard) and now I'm stuck with a useless expensive piece of plastic. So unhappy!

The phone is very good and does all that it advertises, which is a fairly extraordinary thing in itself. However, the transition both from my old phone and to Verizon from AT&T was horrible. Be very, very careful if you are making this transaction.

I had the Galaxy SIII before this phone, so they are similar but the improvements that were made are amazing.. The biometric security feature well well.

Second Samsung phone, also own Samsung tabs, TV is a Samsung, will be buying a Samsung netbook next. Have had good luck with this brand.

The phone is great. The only negative I have for it is that it has a lot of apps that are already on the phone when you buy it that you could do without.
