Love the size of the screen,speed, and the ease of getting around on the phone. Screen size is amazing for accessing the internet. SD card will be a life saver.

Great screen graphics, pictures are outstanding when taken with this phone, much easier keyboard, tons of available free options than compared to the iPhone. Also I don't have the reception problem with this phone that I did with the iPhone and I am still with the same cellular provider. Hands down this phone is the best!

I am pleased with my purchase of the Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone. This version has a quick startup with an excellent battery life. The ability to expand storage to over 100G is outstanding. My new Galaxy is now both a phone and tab - my audible books (and I have many) are no problem, good listening - good work Samsung

Great pics, easy for 1st time user of smart phones

Upgraded from the S3, use this phone for everything from gaming to the newer Shealth features, great battery life, great screen, only complain I would even venture into would be clarity of calls, kind of sounds like your in a wind tunnel at times, and this seems to be a popular issue other than that no problems so far!

I had the original Galaxy S for 4 years. It was a simple transition to the upgrade. Can't believe the sharpness of display! Larger but easier to read. Love the shortcuts & ease which has evolved through this series of phones. Still learning some of the new things & will take the intermediate class @ Best Buy soon.

I had the SIII and bought this one for the added features and size upgrades. The phone and screen are big enough to enjoy and still handle easily without being too big. The camera and options are great for making it convenient for not needing to bring an actual camera with me. I also like the fitness features like the built in app and heart rate monitor which I hope to pair with a Gear watch this Christmas!

Upgraded to this phone from a Motorola RAZR Droid. I have been very happy with the battery life, touchscreen responsiveness and user-friendliness of this phone. The camera is great for a phone as well.

Phone is great even for someone like me who is not particularly tech-savy. Easy to set up, battery life is excellent, display colors are perfect. responds quickly to commands. Absolutely no complaints.

This is my first smart phone,still learning all of the features.So far I think that it was a great deal and batterry life is very good.voice quality very good and i just returned from Florida to Michigan no problems through all of the states.

Love my Galaxy S5. One of the best features is it's kid mode. i babysit my granddaughter and it is great when we are out somewhere and she starts getting impatient and fussy. she loves to play on my cell phone. The phone is easy to operate. all functions are easy, even for a beginner to smart phones.

I upgraded from a SG S III. This phone blows away the S III! It takes great pictures, the sound is clearer and it comes loaded with very cool apps! I'd highly recommend the S 5, it may not be an S 6, but you get a lot for your money!

Overall great phone!! Battery has long life, phone functions are the best and colors are great. I purchased the glass protection for screen and speck case which boost the sound dramaticly.

I went from a flip phone to a smart phone. I was given an overview that day and attended two classes at Best Buy that made the phone much more useable. The service was excellent and all the records were changed quickly and accurately. The phone is the right size for me and I can read it easily.

Love the speed of the phone, and the color is stunning. Make sure you buy a large microsd card as its not alot of memory. Fantastic camera, and the battery lasts forever. I love this phone!!

This phone is beyond anything i have had before. great photos, video and is farily user friendly.

When I first got the phone it was amazing and I loved nearly everything about it. As time wore on though, the device slowed significantly and began eating battery faster after the Android 5.0 "Lollipop" update. If you haven't got it yet, I'd postpone doing it until they work out the bugs. So, otherwise I love the S5 - it's camera and video capabilities alone sold me. But it's a solid phone and web surfing device as well.
