    Hate it. Don't know what all the fuss is about. It is difficult to understand and use. Not very intuitive. Too many buttons need to be pushed to get to the task you want to do. Can't count on it in case of an emergency. I can't wait for my plan to be over. I am going to call Verizon and see what I can to do to get rid of it without being penalized.Really really hate it.

    I lost my galaxy s4 and replaced it with s5 thinking its better but it was not. The s5 has horrible volume..i have to lay it facedown 2 hear! I get odd popups &text messages..i didnt have these issues with s4. I am considering selling this s5 to get an s4,which is the better phone
