Switched from an iphone little hard to get used to but overall good phone with an amazing camera

Not but now manual owners. Customer don't need to let have to pictures. Now is still is unless.

I choose this phone because of the screen size, processor speed and the fact that the batter is removable. I was delighted to find some neat surprises when I started to explore it. The Pedometer, Pulse monitor and TV Remote were just a couple of kool features that surprised me.

My first phone had a bug. I brought it back 6x with the same problem before someone tested it and found a bug. Management then did not want to give me another phone because I had gone over the time limit for return, but finally did. New phone is working great and I love it.

Overall a good phone. Great apps, fast, awesome pix, decent sound and all in all a great phone

The s5 is probably the best android phone on the market right now. It has a sleek and compact design that makes it easy to fit in your pocket while still being a powerhouse of a phone. It has a 2.5 Ghz quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM. It also has the best battery life of any android phone I've used. I am able to go without charging while having my phone on max brightness for more than 24 hours! The phone is fast and very dependable. The sound quality is excellent, camera pictures look fantastic, and its value for the price is perfect. I picked mine up using Best Buy's $50 giftcard deal if you activated early, plus I had $20 in reward certificates and ended up picking mine up for $30. It was extremely worth the price! The only thing I believe this phone should have had was 3Gb of RAM instead of 2. The Note 3 offers a 2.3 ghz processor with Gb of ram. While the s5 has a stronger processor, a whole gb of ram can make a mighty difference. Looking at the task manager, I see that approximately 1.3-1.4 gbs of ram is being used constantly to just run the phone. An additional gigabyte would ensure no possiblity of slow-down due to too many concurrent running apps and make the phone more future proof. In sum it is a powerful phone for a great price. Also it has a removable battery and the best battery life I've seen on an Android phone. It's ultra power saving mode is extremely resourceful as well allowing for up to 20 hours of battery life on 6% charge (really happened). If you like the old samsung phones and/or looking to switch from apple to android, this is the phone to get.

Everything seems to work except for the fingerprint security measure doesn't seem to work.

Does everything as advertised. Only downside is poor battery life; needs frequent charging.

Love my Samsung phone, it has many awesome features and is very user friendly.

Nice phone. Slightly better than the S4. Camera could be a bit better. All in all happy.

Total junk. I got 2 of these and have had problems with the sound almost from the start. I have had to return one the next day (but still got a DOA one) and I have still been trying to return the two of them again. Best Buy is very co-operative in this aspect.

So far really easy to use, camera takes great pics.
