This S5 is a great deal thanks to the $1 promotion, plus I get to trade-in my old Moto for a good BB store credit as well. So far, I'm pleased with the phone. The clear screen (vivid color) has been the greatest improvement from my old phone, but the sound (phone rings and alerts) is often not loud enough even set at the maximum volume level.

Had a blackberry for 3 years. Like the size and ease of use of the S5. Great pictures and sound.

This is, hands down, the best phone ever made. It does everything and the camera is amazing!! The pics you can take with this phone camera are absolutely fabulous and could not be more vivid, sharp or professional looking.

I have had the phone for over a year now. I have had no issues with it at all. The screen is bright and clear. The battery lasts the full day, even under constant use. Phone calls are clear to hear and talk. Great phone!

The Samsung S5 is so much faster than the S3 and S4. Very responsive and no problems since purchase. You really can't go wrong buying this phone if you are okay running the Android operating system, which I find great.

I love this phone. I always had Apple and after making the switch to Samsung I will never go back to Apple. This phone runs so smooth, no glitches, the camera is amazing, sound is clear, everything loads so fast that it makes the iPhone seem like it's using dial up. If u r looking to make the switch from iPhone to android I would def recommend this phone. I made the change, I love it and never looking back.

Great phone. Solid build. Amazing battery life! Had the phone for about a month now and 20-26 hours battery life is the norm. Wonderfully bright and sharp screen. Fingerprint recognition works well. Use it all the time.

I would've given five stars but the phone has way too many preloaded apps on it. There isn't enough memory to add the apps that I need, and used, on my old phone. I don't use even half the ones that they have loaded on here, and I see no way to uninstall them. I should be the one to choose and load the apps that I need...not someone else! I see no way to uninstall them either. There are over two pages of unwanted apps. If they were going to do that, they needed to give more memory.... I only recommend the phone because I do like the phone, but I'm very close to not recommending it... (to repeat myself once again) because of LACK OF MEMORY!

User friendly, great battery life, decent camera. I was hesitant to go with another android, because my last one was hard to navigate. But the Samsung products have such a good rep that I decided to try again. There is a bit of a learning curve, but that is my own issue. Anyone that has been using smart phones for awhile will love this one.

Best Buy had a much better deal on this phone than my carrrier, Verizon. Great phone with a big screen yet still fits in my back pocket. This phone is my brain and keeps me organized, making my life much easier.

I've had galaxy phones from the very first one. The S5 is the best out of them all. The battery saver options are real life savers when I'm not near an outlet. The camera is amazing, very clear pictures and the beauty shot is very impressive. The fingerprint reader is a bit glitchy sometimes, but still great. The app for health speaks for its self. I don't need to keep track of progress, it does it for me.

What a phone! Never have I had a phone with such great graphics! Nor a camera that takes such clear pictures! Can't wait to print out my pictures that I've taken. My digital camera doesn't even take pictures this well.

I had a Motorola Droid, that had problems from within two months of purchasing, with a available upgrade and it was brand new. Having always had Verizon service, (at least 12 years) I wanted to stay with them because I have had my family on my plan with me forever. Because of problems with that phone, i had to wait to upgrade, throughout even more problems. Hopefully, that won't be the case with my Samsung Galaxy 5, fingers crossed. So far, I'm happy with my purchase. And with best buys knowledgeable staff.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is everything the reviewers say it is and more! 1st off, the finger print scanner is not gimmicky at all. It works wonderfully. It's my primary mode of security for the phone. The camera is amazing and records very high quality videos and takes wonderful pictures. The phone is super fast and handles any app you throw at it. Smooth frame rates on games and very responsive keyboard.

Our family upgraded and now my preteen is sporting the S5! She totally loves it! I love that it offers so much that really she won't need to upgrade for years.

I love my S5! It was a huge improvement over my droid. Connectivity and ease of use are top features for me. I only have one regret -- more memory would have been nice. Aside from that I have no complaints!

This is my first smart phone and I'm loving it. Still trying to figure out all the bells and whistles. Pictures are awesome and apps are invaluable to have. Samsung does a nice job of delivering a great product.

I chose to get this phone instead of the Samsung Galaxy S6 because I could remove the back and put in an SD card if I wanted to. I want to point out too that the Best Buy Mobile employee told me that my San Disc MicroSD card probably wouldn't be compatible because it wasn't a samsung SD card. I don't know what he was talking about or trying to sell me but my regular non Samsung microSD card works just fine! As far as phone operations I really enjoy the interface and functions. There isn't a terribly big difference between this and my previous Samsung Galaxy S3. Very user friendly
