5 months into the phone -WIFI doesn't work (despite saying it's connected) -Navigation can't find your location (GPS) -BlueTooth makes frequent "pauses"during audio playback in car, which can't be turned off -BT weak signal strength (compared to Droid Razr Maxx) -text sometimes takes 4 hours to SEND -Iphone4 (3G) on the same carrier downloads faster vs Samsung (4g) in the car -headphone jack constantly thinks you're disconnecting, don't even THINK about using headphones with phone in pocket -Location of power and volume buttons means that you will probably accidentally compress the opposite button on accident daily -Location of "home" button means the phone will turn on in your pocket/purse constantly Don't believe the advertising hype... this phone is awful. Wish I wasn't locked into 2 years with it, I should've gotten the M8 or something comparable.

    Underwhelming upgrade

Very disappointed with this phone. I'm surprised Samsung put this phone out with all the known issues. The new features that make this different from the S4 don't really work. The Touch ID is very spotty and is near impossible to do while holding it with one hand. The heart rate monitor is the same...stick with a fitness watch. You will NEED a memory card too, which is an added expense. Out of the box the phone has less storage than the S4 (around 7 or so gigs ...claiming to be a 16, and yes I understand you never get 16...but less than half??). Save $100 and get the S4 if you are set on Samsung. However this is my last phone from them. It just seems like they are playing catch up to other phone companies.

Should have stuck with my iPhone.

Using the Life Proof Case for this phone is no protection. Phone was only used for 15 days when the screen went black. The screen is cracked in 3 places. Phone was never dropped or abused. $260.00 to replace screen. Told by the repairman that if it had been the iPhone the cost would have been less than $100! Had my iPhone for over two years with no problem. Guess I know what I'll buy next.
