It is amazing thinking back on palm pilots and how far technology has come along with today’s smart phones! The S5 is fantastic and was a smooth xsition from my s3. The droid os is solid. The battery holds-up great. The apps work nearly flawlessly. I can have several HotSpot connections going simultaneously. Screen clarity, speed, picture quality, etc.; It has it all. This thing helps me keeps me so organized it’s ridiculous!!!

I use the Camera to take pics to use on ebay. I always get clear pics that show exactly what my product looks like. No more "could you seems me a close up that isn't blurry".

This phone is awesome! I upgraded from an S3 and this is wonderful choice. The Camera is awesome.

Excellent screen color and brilliance, Wonderful photos and quick responses. Have not tried all the bells and whistles yet, and may not, since I don't need them. Only had phone a short time, so time will tell; great so far.

The best phone I've owned yet. I don't think the camera is as fabulous as people have stated especially the front-facing camera. That being said, th r quality is still great

In my opinion Samung has the best smartphone on the market, ease of use and available apps for Android platform far exceeds Iphones. Syncs easily with other devises and the side sync app allows making tablet a giant easy to use phone for texting or receiving calls when using tablet. Nothing bad to say about S 5. And Best Buy always has great deals and in the rare case you find better deal they have price match guarentee.

So far so good with this one. I've had the phone for a week now and I am still finding things I did not know were there. The quad core processor has plenty of power for my work and personal life. The camera is quick and responsive with the best resolution I have ever seen in a phone.

I switched from the Note 3 to the Galaxy S5. The vibrancy of the S5 is outstanding. After watching several videos on how to customize this phone, it really is quite a handy device. I have owned almost every phone out there and this one is definitely going to stick around for a while.

This phone was nice for about 3 months but has been a huge pain ever since. I'm guessing most of these reviews are immediately after purchasing and I would have written similarly. It all started with my numerical pass code pad mutating to blocks instead of numbers, so I changed to a touch pattern pass code. Then the phone would (and still does) freeze. Around 4-5 months the memory was full (I only use it for basics: calls, text, email, photos, facebook... no fancy apps, games, streaming, shopping, nothing like that and it's full) so I bought a large SD card, moved all my media and as many apps as the phone gave the "move to SD card" option. A month or two later it's full again because nothing more can be moved. I've deleted and disabled things to no avail. There are so many programs the phone does not give the option of running from the SD card, like facebook. I can't download the latest system update as a result. Parts of the touch screen don't work including the back button and window button on the bottom. Sometimes they work, especially if I mash them with all my might. The speaker phone is terrible but I had been warned about that and decided to live with it. The camera is very nice, but that's about the only nice thing I have to say. Unreliable, tempermental, freezes, doesn't work, is protected with an Otterbox case and had been well taken care of. It acts like a 3 year old phone. I don't want another Galaxy. I liked my HTC One and Motorola phones better. DO NOT BUY.

Happy with the phone. Much cheaper than S6 but does everything i need it to do. Charger plug-in is a bit much in the dark...should have stayed with old style charger.

By far this is the best smartphone I have purchases in a very long time. I live in a very rural area. Previous smartphones would work ok but I often lost calls & I always had to connect to WiFi. This phone is clear as a bell for phone calls, I never have the problem of txt messages not going thru & I do not have to connect to home WiFi. I bought a wireless charging cover & a wireless charging pad and love it. Just sitting the phone on the pad & it charges!!!! This is wonderful. I strongly recommend that you stay with samsung products. I bought a qi wireless charging card that insets under the cover & attaches to the battery. The first use really scared me. The phone was so hot I could hardly hold it. Needless to say, I returned the card the next day.

This phone has so many features and uses. I try to learn more about it everyday. Very useful

This phone is super lightweight and has a huge screen that makes it really enjoyable to use.

So my Samsung S3 finally died on me so I had to purchase the S5 and I am highly impressed with how well it works. It still has all the features I loved from the S3, but the camera is much better and there are built in fitness features now too so now I don't have to buy a FitBit...I'd say that was worth every penny right there.

Had my new phone for about 6 weeks and love everything so far. Do understand that this was an upgrade for me to a smartphone so I love all the new features that a smartphone brings you. But also said, I am not having any problems learning those new features. It is also great that Best Buy has a Samsung expert onsite to help with any questions. Also the transition with my existing verizon acct went very smoothly.
