I really like this phone. I love the kids app so that my toddler can play games on my phone without making phone calls or deleting things. I really can't think of any cons (other than the annoying preloaded apps). I use my phone a lot. I e-mail, text, talk, social media, a few thousand pictures, my son uses it... and the battery keeps really well. The picture quality is great for videos or reading. I enjoy all of the camera options... and it takes really good quality pictures. I'd have preferred it in a different color... but black was the cheapest in stock color, haha.

This is my first smart phone. Still learning. Really like the texting And camera.

I have never been happier with a phone. It is super fast and I love the kids mode.

I remember when all my files where keep in a cabinet. Now they are in a phone. Well I tried the I phone for one month. HATED IT. I got this phone and I'm still trying to be smarter than it is but I do really like it and I have access to young people so when I get perplexed, I get them to help me. It sure is SMART though. I can't add a photo because I haven't used that function yet. Sorry

I really like my new phone. It does everything! I prefer Samsung over all brands.

The phone developed a screen issue after being 27 days old. We went back to BestBuy for help. I was told it was not their problem & to go to the carrier for service. Went to the carrier & was told that since the phone was purchased at BestBuy they couldn't warranty it, the warranty had to come from the manufacturer or the seller. My carrier was ready to swap the bad phone for a new one until they learned that I bought from a third party. I currently have an email out to Samsung, but at this point I don't believe we will get any satisfaction from them either. So now my options are to pay a repair center $300 for a new screen, or use my insurance, which has a $150 deductible, to get the issue resolved. My advice is to purchase your device from your carrier. It may cost more at the beginning, (I only saved $100 @ BestBuy) but will save you aggravation if you ever need service on it. This was a hard lesson learned.

Purchased upgrade at Best Buy and received the $100 rebate at the store v. the Verizon who sends it in 6-8 weeks as a debit card. Great phone for college student. My daughter is very happy with it and has had no problems with the phone. A good computer, a decent phone at a reasonable price. I would recommend.

This phone is very user friendly. I'm still learning new things about this phone!

Top of the line phone let's me do anything we need to do and great battery life

I love the samsung galaxy S5! The battery life is so much longer than the S3!!!

I love this phone. The picture quality is amazing and the phone is easy to use.

Great phone so far haven't had any issues. Set up was easy as can be going from a motorolla to a samsung took a little getting use to. The transition between phones was flawless I didn't miss a beat. This phone is really fast and camera takes great pictures.

The galaxy S5 is a fine product. Very much enjoying my choice over in iPhone.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a good phone. It has quick internet connections, apps download and come up quickly, it syncs well with my car's Bluetooth, and I don't have any problems with dropped calls or poor reception. The one thing that I dislike about this phone is the 5 home screens that can take a while to navigate through, and how hard it can be to prevent certain things (such as the magazine) from coming up. Sometimes less is more, Samsung.

This phone is great, but it's taking some learning to use it. It has a nice camera and is waterproof!!

This overall is a great phone. Replaced a Razr Maxx and now I'm wondering why I didn't go with a Samsung sooner. I was afraid that it was going to be a little too big but after using it for a while, it's perfect!! Picture and video quality are terrific.

Love the options and it takes gorgeous pictures.will buy another for my son.
