This phone is easy to navigate, My wife loves it!!

This phone is so much better than the i-phone. I was very unhappy when my phone crashed after the ios8 update. So, I saw how highly the Samsung Galaxy phone users rated the phone. Very happy with my choic.

My daughter has enjoyed the phone since receiving it for Christmas, but I am still waiting for the $150 gift card Best Buy advertised with the phone. I purchased the phone on Thanksgiving and it is now January 8th. Their customer service has been rude and have now told me they have no clue when I will get the gift card.

This phone has been working great! The camera is awesome and is probably my favorite part! Battery life is good and the picture and clarity of the screen is awesome. I have enjoyed this phone very much as I moved from my Droid to the Samsung Galaxy.

I have not had any issues with this phone. I know nothing about technology! I switched from the iPhone and it took some adjustment but I love the speed and camera. I am learning new stuff about it every day

Great phone with even better service. I had an s3 with sprint service before. It is easy to use even for a beginner. It has done everything I have asked it to do so far. I would recommend it for anyone.

So I'd had an iPhone 4 since they came out. Not because I liked apple then, but because it's what was on sale at the time. Picked this phone up black Friday and I don't think I'll be going back. Honestly using anyone's iPhone now feels like I'm being patronized and that I have no flexibility in anything I want to do.

I bought the Blue Galaxy S5 for Thanksgiving and I love it! First of all the color is so beautiful, better than just the regular black or white. I also like the chrome details around the edges of the phone. The buttons are sturdy and bottom charging port has an attached cover. The screen has the beautiful saturated colors and the brightness is incredible! I keep my brightness well below 50% and its still decent for inside use. I also get great battery life even when playing games, Pandora, Facebook. I've been using the phone for over a month now and it hasn't died on me yet :) It also charged very quickly. I upgraded from a Droid DNA so the Touchwiz is different but other than that you'll learn everything.

I love this phone. It's very easy to use! I love how you can respond to texts on any screen. It also has a great camera on it. The pictures are amazing!

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a great phone to have. I went from an IPhone 4 to this and I am so glad I made the switch. I love how much bigger it is and how easy it is to use.

Samsung stole me from the HTC with this until. It has all the gadgets I craved and more. I never thought I would use a phone to count steps b UT this makes it so easy

I love the looks and the battery life. My only complaint is that it takes a long time to type a message. This "baby" is so sensitive to the touch, that I am constantly correcting mistakes. I could have spoken the message in 1/10th the time. If only the "keyboard" was less sensitive to touch I would be happier.

...BUT with help from the Best Buy associate who sold me the phone and my techno-whiz 19-year-old grandson, I was up and running in about 30 minutes. Truly enjoy this marvel of a phone and hope be around enough to upgrade again in a few years. Much more intuitive than I expected. Even am beginning to add apps!

Bought this for my daughter who loves to create videos and pics for social media. The phone performs very well and we have had no problems with it. I let my teenage daughter choose any phone she wanted. After she had done all the research on all the new phones she chose this one.She is very happy with it.

I have had a Galaxy S5 for 8 months and have loved it. I purchased this one for my wife and we have had several problems with the ear speaker. When an exterior speaker function is hooked up via bluetooth, the ear speaker then won't work. Or if a wired headset is placed into the jack, the ear speaker won't work until the cache is cleared. This has made it less user friendly and was not a problem I ever had with mine. Hoping a recent update fixed it!

If you're looking for an android phone, you'll like this one. People are so nuts over apple vs android lately though. I like it. It feels a bit big in the beginning but you adjust quickly. I've had no problems. I'm sure the thing can do way more than I would ever need it to, which is true of most smartphones.

I love the galaxy line of phones and this phone does not disappoint. The screen is vibrant, processing is fast, it is intuitive and is packed with customizing options you won't find on an iPhone. The battery charges quickly, the phone is a great size, especially for someone with larger hands. Just buy it!
