Nice camera quality, good resolution on screen. Easy to use for my first smart phone! I like the ability to connect to other Samsung products. Easy to use apps and I like that it's not complicated to find everything going on the screen. Favorite part is the large buttons, very easy to see.

I used this at the same time as a Droid Turbo. Despite the better specs of the Droid Turbo (mainly, more RAM) I found the S5 to be a slightly more enjoyable product. I actually liked the Samsung additions (eg input keyboard, etc.) I bought the wireless charging back and really like it.

although i've had a couple issues with this phone (only because of 1 game) - the phone is amazing

Overall this was a worthy upgrade to my S3. The only issue keeping me from giving it a 5 star "Excellent" rating is the strength of the vibrate alerts. The S3 was not ideal, but the S5 does not provide nearly enough of a vigorous vibration to alert me to a call or text while I am on a busy plant floor. In fact, it is weak enough to not notice an alert almost anytime it is on my side. Otherwise, I am very happy with this phone.

This phone has good sound quality and takes great pictures.

This phone was a welcome upgrade from my Droid Maxx. It is fast, sleek, and easy to use. I didn't think I'd like the "Best Buy Blue" but it helps the phone stand out from the crowd.

The phone is awesome. The battery life has increased more than half over the other phone. Love Love Love the camera with all the options. I have been using it more than my real camera

I like the phone very much. It has great features and a crystal clear screen. However it has its drawbacks. I had an S3 prior to this one. I was able to zoom with the camera using the volume keys. It doesn't seem like this one will zoom at all. The glass screen is very fragile. I have a protective case for the phone, but the screen cracked anyway. The S5 has done the same. They need to provide a more durable screen.

Bought for Wife. She Likes Large Colorful Screen, Quality of Camera and all the things you can do with Photos. As well as Hangouts.

This phone is smarter than I am. I will never go back to an iPhone. I have dropped it so many times and it does not have a single scratch. It is fast and takes beautiful pictures.

I have been a long time I Phone user. My wife got one a while ago and talked me into this phone and I thank her all the time. I love this phone.

After using iPhones for years, this phone is the best phone I have ever used. The battery life is ridiculously good, more storage than an iPhone (with Micro SD), and you can even change the battery if it goes bad (like the good old days). That's all I can say about it. I love it.

I upgraded from a Motorola Droid which was over 2 years old. Compared to that phone it is a significant upgrade. The phone does everything well for me, and the battery life is excellent. Under normal use I can usually get two days out of a full charge. I am enjoying the phone.

Love the new phone and Kitkat. Thank you foxfi for the hotspot, as root is not available. Too many new options, but no complaints, but I may be Samsung bias as I started with the Fascinate, Tab2plus, S3, Note 8 and now S5.

The phone is good. but the charges of 180.00 twice was pretty darn ridiculous. Be careful if upgrading at Best Buy make sure you know what all the charges are and when they are coming threw.... Not a happy customer when it came to this point of the whole deal!!!!

Easy to set up, Samsung add to Android os makes for a great user experience. Like the display and most of the Samsung additions. Easy blue tooth great wifi and management of data usages. I'll be enjoying for a long time.

I decided not to wait for the S6 and upgraded to the S5 because my old Samsung phone which was purchased back in 2012 is no longer being produced and I got it at a fantastic price courtesy of Best Buy Mobile here in Newport News, VA, love the phone, salesman couldn't have been nicer, one thing I don't like is charger opening is flimsy and at some point I feel it's going to come off but so far no problems.

Amazing phone, takes great pics and it's fast. Claity is also great.
