Hate the voice volume and the recharge door (cheap) still learning...

I was hesitant about the size but have found to to be really good. I am loving this phone and it's camera.

This phone has so many cool gadgets. Yet it was relatively simple to figure out how to set it all up with the apps I wanted. I like this ease of this phone. And the size is great, I love the big screen. I would recommend this phone for sure

This phone has been a dream come true for me, it is the perfect gift for a love one. I will recommend all my friends to buy a Samsung S5 for themselves, it is the best ever phone I have own.

This is a good phone (if a bit large for my taste), and everyone in the Best Buy store has been extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my phone was damaged a few days after I got it, and I had to use the GeekSquad protection I had purchased. I was disappointed that it cost me $150 to make a claim; I do not believe this was explained when I purchased the protection. Also, my phone, which was five days old when it was damaged, was replaced with a refurbished unit. It's working fine, but these things were annoying and dampened my enthusiasm for this transaction.

This phone works better than my S4 functioned and I like the new Andriod version of software (Lollypop) better than KitKat. The battery lasts longer as well, so I don't need to charge it everyday. I'm extremely happy with my new Galaxy S5.

I had a Galaxy S3 before buying the S5. There have been some improvements with the S5. The one thing that really makes a difference is the battery life. Good job Samsung!

I switched from a note 2 to the S5 and haven't seen many noticeable differences with the exception of a smaller phone and screen. I've had the phone for about a month now and the only issue I've noticed is the screen ocassionally freezes for a fee seconds. Overall it's a solid phone.

Dependable, good battery life, fast and fun for hours. Videos stream smooth and the display is vibrant and clear. Just wish it had a lil more ram.

I had an iPhone and decided to switch to this Samsung. I love it and I am very happy that I switched. No complaints.

Takes excellent pictures just like a camera easy to use and navigate

Easy to navigate like androids. Maybe a Iphone someday. But have always used androids so far and still enjoying them. Would highly recommend this phone. Picture quality is good too.

So far the phone has been pretty good. Even bought an Otter box defender case, thought that would do it, uh, no still broke and cracked the camera lens, guess this is an issue on these phones, new lens cost about 3 bucks, lens should be recessed not raised. One other thing, sure goes through updates a lot seems like more that usual, too many unneeded apps.

After having iPhones only for previous phones, would never go back. Easy to use. Love the bigger clearer screen. Camera/Video has great quality.

This was a Christmas gift to my husband. It is his 1st smart phone...IT IS AWESOME!! Takes some getting used to for him as a beginner and senior but I am HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY that he has it. Once he learns the features....HE WILL LOVE IT!!

I upgraded from the HTC Rezound which was several years old to the Samsung Galaxy s5. I like the Android operating system due to the customization that you can do on the phone. The display and call quality is great on the phone. The only negative to the phone is that I've sometimes had issues with the battery draining quickly. The phone is easy to navigate and use. I like the fact that the phone is waterproof as well, has health app features, and a heart rate monitor.

I really like this tablet. I'm pretty much a novice but I have been able to watch videos online to get a lot of hints and help and now everything works really well and I have a good understanding of what I'm doing. I highly recommend it.

Phone is much larger compared to my last one, but I switched from the iphone and love it!!! Battery life is awesome. Phone is very user friendly

This phone is everything I wanted and more. It can even act as a universal remote for TV, directv, blu-ray, and surround sound. You can also store different rooms in it for the components you have there. I highly recommend this phone.

I have owned every galaxy S phone since the first one and the s5 is by far the best. Easy to use and far superior to any iPhone in production.
