This phone is GREAT!! I was kind of worried about upgrading from my Motorola Razr Maxx and learning the new features of this phone. There was nothing to worry about. It is fun to use and easy to operate. Again, this is a GREAT phone.

I upgraded from a Galaxy s3. This phone is just about perfect. There is really nothing missing from it, feature-wise. Everything runs 100%. It is nice to have no restrictions on what you can do, unlike the other guys operating system. The battery life is much better than the s3. It lasts longer in regular use, not just in power saver mode. There is one thing that I did not expect. Regular cell use is great. Places that have low cell signals are no problem with this phone. No more standing by the window or going outside to make a call !

Upgrade from the Razr Maxx. Phone is great so far. Very fast, long battery life and very versatile.

I was going to get the S4 but the guy at Best Buy convinced me to spend the extra $100 for the S5. I'm usually the free phone upgrade guy but am very happy with my experience!

I have been a long time Samsung phone purchaser and user who absolutely loves the color and the capabilities of the phone. There are so many improvements to this phone from the Fascinate, and S3, and overall, it is a delight to use.

We received very good technical assistance from he Samsung Specialists at Best Buy. They were very knowledgeable and willing to spend whatever time was necessary to explain the phone's features and the way the calling plan worked.

This is probably the best phone I have ever owned. I don't know all the stuff it does, but the stuff I do know about is really cool. The phone is obviously smarter than me. User friendly, good size, with all the bells and whistles.

I upgraded from a galaxy s3 to an galaxy s5..the s5 is a much better phone.nice features and crisp sharp display..just an awesome phone.

great phone, so many capabilities, easy movement from one thing to another. Battery life seems great. Large screen without being obnoxious!

So far, I feel like this is the best made cell phone. I purchased it for my son as a device replacement. We were lucky! We were told that it was the last one and that Best Buy would not be getting anymore. A little over piece.

Amazing phone was thinking about switching to an Iphone but now so glad I didn't. This phone is easy and sophisticated . Love love love it.

I am so Happy that I upgraded my phone to the Samsung Galaxy 5. The screen is big and easy to read everything along with accessing things.

This phone is great. It has way more features than the S4.

This is my first Smartphone and I love it! Love the fact that you can add a memory card for extra storage.

I bought this phone a week ago. This is my first smart phone. The Samsung rep at the store was wonderful setting up the phone and teaching me how to use it. It take a lot of practice to use all the features that the phone has to offer, but I am getting there. I use wi fi in the house so I save a lot on data.There are loads of apps that are available on google play, and many are free. This phone is fun to use. I am enjoying it.

Love my new Samsung Galaxy S5 (didn't wait for the S6 cause of the early on S4 problems), but takes getting used to coming from a S3, a lot of things have changed, most for the better. only thing I don't like is trying to get rid of the apps I don't want and the constant updates, also goes thru battery fast but on upside it recharges fast
