This phone is faster than my prior Galaxy S3. The battery lasts longer despite the upgraded functionality. For Android users, you will be very satisfied.

get this phone any where except @ best buy because if you have any problems or concerns they will ignore you just like they will likely do now again!

I changed the phone from a too big note 2 to a perfect s5. I also love the waterproof and ease of use. I will not leave a Samsung phone for anything else. I am a droid lover so if not into droid go elsewhere

This is a great phone for the price. Love being able to personalize it to my liking and I like being able to add a memory card for more storage space.

I bought these phone for my wife to replace her Iphone and she likes it so much better. She loves that you can add an SD card for more storage as opposed to having to purchase storage on the Icloud.

Improved and new features, easier to use, better keyboard, brighter display and better applications make this an all-inclusive winner. Transition to S5 was easy as my previous smartphone was an S3.

Love my phone. Staff at Best Buy were great showing me features and transferring my info from my S3 to my new phone. Recommend this phone if you're looking to upgrade. Battery life? So far, so good!

Samsung didn't really upgrade the Galaxy series phones enough from 4 to 5 but it is still a great phone. The camera is also really high quality. I like it better than the S6 since it was the last phone to have a removable battery and also external add-on memory. I will be keeping this phone for a while!

I decided to switch from an IPhone 5S to the Galaxy S5. I made the switch May 2, and feel I have given this phone a fair shot. This phone after a few weeks of use, started freezing and restarting. Within the past week it has started to restart itself. Another con is the amount of unecessary apps on this phone. I have noticed that my data usage has gone up with no change to my amount of use. The battery is awful. Cannot work a full 12 hour shift without having to charge it. I'm a RN and have no time to be on my phone while working. I'm not impressed with Samsung and when my upgrade comes up I will cross back over to the dark side and purchase an Apple product.

I love the larger screen on the S5. It's easier to read than the older models, keeps the great features of previous generations, and has some great new features. I get a kick out of "Okay, Google" and getting questions answered. This phone was the easiest Bluetooth pairing I've had; it even features a text message to let others know you're driving and unavailable to answer. My learning curve is pretty steep, but I'm sure enjoying this phone. Oh, and I love the color!

Bought phone and was up and running in just mimutes. Easy to transfer data from my S4. Great display and fast.

The Best Buys store I was at was very busy. Staff was courteous, apologized for the line up. At my turn, I felt important. Staff was knowledgeable. In no time I was out and had a nice new phone.

This samsung s5 is a mini computer that fits in the palm of your hand. You can do anything you want with social media or communication. I used cash back offered by Best Buy and saved even more!!!

Great phone i got it for my mom and she loves it. She was able to use it right away and learned how to use it very easily this was her first android phone before this one she had a flip phone.

It's a good Android smartphone. It's solid and an improvement over the Galaxy 4. It does need to be rebooted every so often because its connection to the internet will occasionally freeze.
