There is the newer S6. However, it does not have SD card slot, removable battery and most importantly, waterproofing. I absolutely love my S5 and will not consider trading it in for the S6.

I love my new phone! The picture is larger and brighter than my previous phones. Sound quality is great too!

I LIKE THE PHONE ,APPS THAT COME ON PHONE ARE EASY TO USE . ON THIS PHONE YOU HAVE TO GLIDE OVER THE PHONE THE ANSWER BUTTON INSTEAD OF TAPPING IT. AND ON THE SAMSUNG S 5 ..IT HAS A DIFFERENT SIZE FOR THE CHARGER IT IS LARGER .WISHED IT WAS SAME SIZE SO I DIDNT HAVE TO HAVE A DIFFERNT SIZE

My other phone is a Droid Turbo. It has 3gb of RAM, vs the S5 with 2gb. Yet, I really like the S5 more, esecially with the wireless charging back. Waterproof. IR blaster (tv remote). like.

It was an awesome deal and the customer service was great! I always buy my phones from Best Buy!! The phone is for my son and he loves it!

Despite the new system upgrade which slowed down the phone as a whole, It has great features like the multiscreen, background picture change, one handed operation. It does deserve 5 stars.

I had traded in my droid ultra for this phone. My wife had a S5 and I was comparing battery life and features. I had a chance when redoing a line to get one so I did and I am glad I did. Battery life, ease of use etc all better.

Made the switch from Apple to Android. Had some issues with my new phone thinking it was an Apple, but with some help from a salesmen at Best Buy, my problem was solved. No complaints thus far.

I am a 1st time smart phone user & this phone is very user friendly. .Have not had any problems so far & I am hoping I don't have any problems. .I wish I would have gotten it much sooner

I broke my S3, so finally had to upgrade. Samsung continues to make me glad that I left Apple a few years ago. Wonderful phone with a great camera and the screen resolution is fantastic.

I like the phone, looks are good size is good like an piece of electronic theres always something a little more you are looking out of it. I'm am nervous about the black screen issue which I was previously unaware of that my wife has experienced. I still think it's because she chose blue!

The Samsung galaxy S5 is an amazing phone. It has more features than any other phone on the market and it blows the iPhone out of the water! Speaking of water, this phone is water resistant up to 3 ft/ 30 minutes and that is without a special case. My family has all Samsung phones (Note 3 and another S5) and while on vacation, we just brought one to the beach. When we got back to the hotel, we bumped phones and shared the pictures we wanted. It was that easy!! From the fingerprint lock, to the amazing camera, you cannot go wrong with this phone. The screen is so crystal clear and the colors are vibrant. Love the swype feature and making/receiving calls is easy. Phone quality is amazing also. It hasn't a dropped call and the caller sounds very clear. Great job Samsung!

Don't know much about the product. My daughter was tired of the I phone and wanted the Samsung S5, It was a dollar and fit her budget. She seems to like it, and I can't get her off it.

I finally had to move away from a physical keyboard on a smartphone. Being a former blackberry and then a Droid 4 user I loved the physical qwerty keyboards but they no longer are bringing new phones out with them. I decided to try a bigger physical phone to be able to see it better and to be able to type on the virtual keyboard. I tried the Galaxy Note 3 first but it was just too darn big for carrying and I feared I was going to drop it. I returned it and got the Samsung Galaxy S5. it is fast and functional. It is easy to see and use and I am getting better at typing on the virtual keyboard. I love the phone. It also syncs well with my Bluetooth devices and my car. The Kit Kat version of Android is great, the Samsung overlay is not burdensome, the apps it comes with are good. it is super fast, it can use USB OTG so I can use external USB storage for files.Great Product.
