Very good product. The sales person was very helpful and covered all of the issues for use and activation of my new phone.

I love this phone. It is highly reliable to do the things I want when I want to do them. It is fast and responsive when switching between windows and closing apps. I am a person who turns the data off to improve battery life and avoid using up my data when wifi is available. With normal use throughout the day, I will only use 20-40% of my battery. The phone using its USB 3.0 charger will charge in an hour. Meaning that if i am only using 50% of my battery, I only need to charge my phone for 30 minutes for a full charge. This phone is great for a person on the go who is demanding on their phone. I read a lot on my phone using the Kindle app. The phone screen size is really helpful when reading. Furthermore, I have small hands and I do not find the phone unwieldy. I can still use one hand to hold my phone. The Otterbox defender case fits well and provides supreme protection to the phone.

Samsung continues to satisfy with another great product. Bought this phone for my wife and she loves all of the features.

it's been out for a year and is still 1 of the top 3 phones. samsung makes amazing products and this is a prime example.

I love this phone. This is my 2nd Samsung phone. I'll never go back to a iPhone.

It is a very good phone. I like the water resistant feature and the power saving mode is very helpful. I would like to be able to put my favorites on the home page to make my frequent calls easier to access

Upgrades from S4 it's very similar overall good phone but upgrade is not necessary unless u really must have a new phone.

We finally decided to upgrade to a smartphone and made the right choice with the Samsung Galaxy S5. Love this phone.

I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S4 to the Galaxy S5. Still trying to understand all the differences between the two.

Now that the S6 is out, we have sadly moved on. I miss the durablity of the S5 and would go back in a heartbeat.

A little more complicated than expected but the Samsung kiosk at Best Buy has been very helpful, even when just walking in. I will sign up for a class. There is still a lot to learn about the phones.

Super long battery life....charge it once and good to go for the entire day.

Its a good phone but I had to send it in to get fixed in the first month I have had the phone. I hope it gets fixed.

Good phone function, good calendar function, good internet search function, excellent camera, beautiful and strong colors for both photos and screen saver or background.
