4 stars because it is truly great. My only issue is that it seems they moved the volume button up too high on the phone (on the side) compared to previous models.

Never thought I would like a phone with no keyboard for texting but I am in love with this phone. So easy to use and the kids mode app is awesome!!! I can do everything on this phone I could do from my tablet.

Animal is a diesel mechanic, got him the heaftiest case and extra screen protector. Then i threw it at him, deliberately missing him but finding the kitchen floor :)

Very pleased with my Galaxy S5. Would recommend it.

I had a galaxy nexus that I switched from to the 5. There are little nuances that I am getting used too; such as the bottom 3 controls left and right are reversed, the settings menu is some getting used too and more bells and whistles. I am enjoying it more as another week passes and I am farther removed from my GN. I still think this a pocket computer more than a phone. Oh yes and a great battery.

So far Samsung Galaxy s5 is great.Fast-dependible.

Great phone. I gave it "good" sound quality because no phone is excellent in my book. It's not going to top phones that are made for good sound either. Everything is suprisingly loud though. The best two things by far though are the screen and the camera. Have a 1080p tv at your house? This phone packs the same resolution in a 5" screen. It's incredible. it's the only screen i want to use. The camera is 16MP, has great color and does nifty tricks. Still doesn't replace a good DSLR, but it's getting there. A little warning: people with small hands might find it hard to use. I'm 6'5" so my hands fit this phone well. it does have 1-handed mode to make the screen smaller for little hands, or (of course) 1 hand. Overall 5/5
