Love this phone! Skipped the GS4, went from the GS3 to this one. It would be nice if it was the same size as the GS3, it would fit in my pockets better without feeling like it's going to break.

The unbreakable glass screen protector has already cracked when it fell out of my hand. That is frustrating

It is more phone than I will ever use, lots of features. Took a short time to get used to larger size. Wish I had a manual to learn more of the features.

This phone is user friendly and the included features are excellent. The screen resolution is fantastic. I like being able to go over two days and still have battery available. Excellent phone.

Good quality. This is the first Android smart phone that I've had in over 5 years. I'm still learning a lot but I like it. What I don't like is that the geek squad protection was charged to my bank account and I was reassured that this wasn't going to be the case so I'm very disappointed in that aspect.

I love my new phone. Upgraded from a stratsphere to the Galaxy. Easy to use. There are a couple of questions but I know I can figure it out eventually.

Over the years we have had Apple, Motorola, HTC, LG and Samsung phones. Samsung technology, battery life and dependability far exceeds all the others.

I had the note 3 and switched to this phone when I switched off my mom's phone plan and yes I do miss the screen size of the note 3, but this phone is perfect for everything that I do on it.
