    My new phone does not work after two visits to best buy I was told I had to return phone to samsung. I bought phone online. My mistake I will never do that again didn't know I had a two week window it was the holidays and I wanted to wait until crowds died down. Now its my issue even though I was obviously sent a faulty phone. When the phone times out I cannot get it to come back on without taking the battery out. Cant make calls Cant receive calls. Very frustrating very upsetting.
