The s5 is a very good phone there is still the lag that has become samsungs calling card but with a few changes to system setting the phone is extremely fast and responsive the water and dust resistance is greatly welcomed but the cumbersome flap on the charging port is an issue the back feels nice but on the white it is similar to a pearl but overall a great android phone

I love my Samsung. I'm a formal apple user and was hesitant about switching. I have had no issues with this phone and I actually like it better than the apple phone.

I had a Galaxy 3 and loved it but i upgraded to the Galaxy 5S and I am SOOOO glad i did. Everything about this phone is amazing....the picture quality, response speed, ease of navigation thru all programs...everything is great. I think that the only complaint is the charging port cover that is anoying when trying to plug in ur phone to charge...especially in the dark. Other than that, I love my phone.

I had to get a new phone when my old one disappeared. The Samsung Galaxy 5 is a big improvement over the Galaxy 3 (which wasn't bad) and I'm very happy with it.

I have been waiting on this phone. It is the best of all the Samsung phones. My last Samsung phone lasted 7 years.

I upgraded to this from my S3. Very similar in terms of operation, which was a plus for me - smart phones are not intuitive for me. This takes great photos!

Finally upgraded S3 for S5 due to poor battery performance on S3. Pleased with improved battery life on upgrade.

The camera is easy to use and took excellent photos from the start. Received many complements from others. Don't know how to upload photo in my computer.

It's a another great Samsung product! Very easy to navigate. I like the larger screen, and the gold casing.

Store employees were very efficient. Have been back for help learning some of new features. I was looking for steps no longer needed! Love the camera.

Great camera. My son got it for Christmas. He prefers it over the iPhone that he has been using for years.

I'm one of the last to upgrade my gadgets, but I finally made the jump with the galaxy s5...and so glad that I did. The camera is great, and has served me well at concerts - both still shots and video. The display is crisp, battery life is amazing...and it charges super fast. It took me a few days to adjust to the size (my prior phone was tiny), but I'm thrilled with it overall.

Great phone, easy to use, charges fast, a little big but easy to read online content, apps and games.

This is leaps and bounds over my old Slll. Still somethings do take awhile to get used too. And they need a bigger color collection, like purple.

Beats Apple IS easily. Very user friendly. Great screen resolution and perfect size. Be careful with number of apps running, can eat battery life.

Upgraded from a S3 and so far have no problems with it. The life of the battery seems great as well

This my second Samsung, and I will have to say...when I buy again, I plan on purchasing another Samsung. I like the ease of use and its features.

I am so glad that I ditched my iphone when I upgraded. The only problem was that I could not get text messages from iphone users after I made the change. It has something to do with imessage so make sure that you turn off imessage before you get rid of your iphone. The sales rep should be able to help you. The battery life is good. Big screen. I don't use my phone for anything fancy, but it sends and receives text messages, can go on line, great gps, and phone calls are easy to make and receive.

I had troubles putting down my phone because it is fun to play with it. It is very easy to use for the first time. Changing from IOS to andriod might be a bit problems, but within an hour I found there are not that difficult. Screen size is about right which help my eye not to focus intensely, like iphone. My husband and I like this phone and we recommend it for others.
