As a longtime iPhone user I've got to admit that I'm very impressed with this phone. It's much more advanced and customizable than the iPhone that I had. It's so advanced that it will take me time to learn how to fully use the phone and all it's features, which I happen to like. I believe that this is a phone that I will continually get more use out of as I learn how to fully utilize all the many features that it has to offer. I really like the fact that you can take the back off the phone and replace the battery and expand the memory if you want to (unlike an iPhone). This is by far the most advanced smartphone I've had and look forward to many years of using this phone.

Replaced my S2 with an S5. Wow what an upgrade. Screen is fantastic. Wish it was faster in processing and rendering, but an amazing step over what I was using before

Ive had the leading competitors phone since the 2nd model. Seeing the larger screen of my friends Samsung phones made me jealous so I decided to give the 5S a try. I'm very happy with the change. This OS allows for so much more flexibility. It did take me a few weeks to get used to the change. My biggest concern was iTunes. I didn't want to give up my current music management system. Luckily I was able to find an android app to allow syncing between to two systems

Not much different from my S4. Only upgraded because the motherboard had problems reading the SIM card in the S4. Slightly larger than the S4. Same basic functions.

Incredible absolutely marvelous could not ask for a better phone.

Great phone that was an upgrade. Next upgrade will be the s6.

I love this phone when I'm listening to music and I flip my phone face down the music does not stop as it did with my Samsung s3. It is easy to navigate the phone

First time smart phone buyer, and was impressed with its water resistance and camera features. One week in and no issues at all. Works great as a phone as well!

I like the format has not changed drastically. I like the weight of the phone and the large screen. I also picked gold but theven only case they had was clear.

Lot of options to explore. So far, i liked the camera, display screen and look. Ear phones not so great( very low quality )and cannot be compared to IPHONE.

I've owned the S3 and S4. They were great phones and this is even better. Call quality/sound very good. The camera has alot of neat features and photos are great. A very nice phone and a little extra screen is a nice upgrade.

I love the Samsung Galaxy S5 Active I enjoy it's features much more than my old iPhone 5. The only issue is their is a small triangle shaped defect in the gorilla glass on the upper right side of my phone. I took the phone to Best Buy and the girl at the cell phone kiosk, just buffed it out and said it was good. The mark comes back same size and shape everday. I clean it and it goes away for a while then comes back. Not worth the hassle to return phone so I just deal with it. Best Buy was awesome when I ordered online and I highly recommend them for your cell phone needs.

Overall I am pleased with this phone! It has a lot of features, it is fast and I like the big screen.The battery charges pretty fast when plugged in about 40 to an hr. I just wish it was better looking like the htc1 m8

Battery lasts a lot longer than my 3 is why i updated.

Overall I am very satisfied with this phone-its design is sleek and it functions rather well. My only gripe is all the bloatware it came loaded with-- all these unnecessary apps that I don't even use. Also, the camera is pretty sharp but as a right-handed person taking pictures is kind of awkward given the location of the "shoot" button. All in all, this is a solid phone.

The large viewing screen makes this a great device to see the grandbaby's pictures! Lots of features and I will be glad when I master most of them!

Galaxy 5 battery life is better than the G3 and android is definitely better than iphone.

It is a good phone overall and it is taking some time to get use to. The phone has good battery life. The front and back camera is also pretty good. I like that the phone has a removable memory. I don't not like the speakerphone feature because it doesn't pick up sound well and can be easily covered.
