Love the larger screen and sHealth app. Still learning the capabilities of the camera so I can use it to its potential. Overall 5 stars love it!

this is a cool phone with a perfect screen size...not to small yet not huge like some others if you don't like holding up what seems to be a small tablet to your head...works great with lots of unique functions.

I put the phone on easy settings so it is very easy to use. The only thing I have to get used to is that it's a lot larger than my old phone.

I had been an Iphone user since 2007, since the S4 i was thinking about a switch. When the S5 came out and i read all the features i decided it was time for a change. The phone it just incredible, there's so much you can tweak plus the speed and screen resolution are of the charts. Iphone are still great but the Galaxy is in another league, highly recommended.

I've had the pleasure of owning a samsung galaxy s2. I've been using an iphone 5 and 5s these past two years. I decided to switch up to the galaxy s5. I felt like there was a big difference in running programs bewteen this os and the iphone. I love that apples ios runs so smooth. This S5, for being a next gen phone, doesnt run so smooth. The battery life is fantastic and the camera is amazing.

I've had a galaxy before this so I knew what to expect. Takes excellent pics. Great overall phone. It's just a little bigger than I hoped.

Easy to use, fast, great sound. Pretty easy switch from my iPhone.

Upgrading from an S3 to this s5, it was a life saver. I can't believe I waited so long to do it. Well worth every non apple penny spent..

For the most part, I really enjoy the phone. Learning more every day. A little frustrating at times. I either have to go to Best Buy, 25 minutes away, and throw myself on their mercy to explain how to do something or search internet.. The camera gets good shots, very easy to use.

My son did a lot of checking on the internet to find a smartphone that would not be too difficult for me to learn and I truly think he did a good job.....it was the same choice as your BB clerk picked out for me. My clerk, by the way, was just great.....very patient and explained lots to me.

I knew what I wanted when I went to Best Buy and the sales person helped me through the whole sale and even told me about the in-store samsung assoc. who could show me more things about my new phone. I was really nice to know that I could go back there at any time and get help if I needed it. They also offer classes to use your new phone which I think is very smart with all the daily changing technology

the S5's battery life is awesome compared to my old S3 which i had to charge twice a day.

We are very happy with our new Samsung phones. We are especially happy with the excellent service we received from Andy who was so knowledgeable. He helped make the transition seamless for us. We also took advantage of your Samsung crew. I forgot the name if the individual we worked with but he deserves an A+ rating. He showed gave us so many helpful hints and showed us how to take full advantage of our smart phone. Thank you so much for providing this excellent service. We will certainly recommend it to others.

I like this phone overall. It is very sleek, clean lines, very fast, and has multiples apps you can use. The picture quality is very good! The only drawback is the high price since I decided to do the next plan, and I had some people couldn't hear me through the speakerphone, but overall I think its a nice phone.

I switched from iPhone to galaxy s5. I love this phone, it has so many features , that are easy to use. I use most of them daily. I thought this was going to be my temporary phone, not anymore. I'm definitely going to keep it.

Excellent product. The telephone has multi functions. The phone is easy to navigate.

Vivid colors and ease of use makes it awesome! I can't wait to see what the Galaxy 6 brings. I just dont see how this phone can improve further.

It's a good phone and has a seal on it preventing water damage to a certain degree....

I love this phone!!! I go through phones like no other and when I got this phone I was so happy! No issues with it and haven't complained with somethomg wrong with it. I had the s4 before this and every issue under the sun ended being wrong. I feel like I upgraded 4 phones when I got this

After having my Galaxy for a few months it stopped holding a charge. I went back to Best Buy they tried a software fix a new battery but decided it was the phone. I have the Best Buy Geek Squad protection. After contacting them they sent a Best Buy gift card for a replacement phone and a box via Fedx to return the old phone. I went back to Best Buy and purchased the same type phone I had and have had it for close to 2 months with no problems. Thank you Best Buy and the great people at Geek Squad. Carlos
