Pleased with this phone. Have used iPhone, prior Galaxy S and LG G3 phones. In my experience, the S5 is more stable than my prior G3 and on par in terms of performance and usability with my iPhone 5S. I have had no glitches or hiccups - a testament to both a maturing OS and a better optimized Galaxy phone.

Not only is the phone the best Galaxy yet, but Best Buy's process was smooth, quick, and filled me in on all issues and options. The conversion from my old phone to the new one was very smooth. Excellent product and service.

I was skeptical about upgrading my wife from her Samsung S 2 to any newer smartphone, but I am glad we got the Samsung Galaxy S 5 because she has yet to break it or ask me any questions. My wife is deaf and has cerebral palsy, so she has to use video and texting as the primary form of communication. She is also prone to dropping things, due to limited grip in her right hand, but this seems to hold up nicely. I am an engineer so she is always asking the "How do I...?" and "What is...?" questions; however, this phone has proven to me that she can figure out these questions for herself due to it's simplicity and general durability.

Love the larger size yet small enough to pocket it. Fast! Easy system to move/add apps. Samsung has always made great products.

Bought the phone for my 11 year-old God daughter. Easy to use and runs well.

We bought 2 new phones and decided on these cases. One in Black and one in this Blue. The blue is a wonderful color, it actually matched the phone allowing for a fun color for a change. No, not flashy or trendy but it works well to protect the phone and there are no fit issues or accessing the plug in, which can happen. So, if you have a Samsung Galaxy S5 this will work well.

I ordered this to replace my wife's burned-out iPhone, and she absolutely loves it! The hardest part has been transitioning from iOS to Android, but even that isn't bad.

This is my first smart phone and I love it! It is fast, has a lot of great features, and hasn't been glitchy at all. Haven't had any problems at all!

This phone does everything that is advertised plus more. The camera is AWESOME! The screen resolution rivals some LED TV's!

Overall, I really love this phone. This phone take great pictures with a longer battery life especially if your using the U power saving feature. Best phone I've had so far.

S5 is my 4th smartphone so far and things are only getting better. Love the grip, speed and added functionality. Taking/editing pictures are so much fun with this phone.

Awesome phone, effortless transition from my iPhone. Including all my iTunes music. Very fast and the camera is amazing. Takes better photos than any camera I've ever owned

I love this phone, especially the raised buttons at the bottom. I have it set to answer with the home key, which is so much easier than my old phone. It has a LOT more memory than my old phone too. The only complaint is that the camera doesn't do well on macro shots.

This is my first experience with a Samsung Phone. I have previously been a HUGH Blackberry Fan and have only used their phones. What an eye opener the S5 has been for me. It has much better battery life than any Blackberry I have ever owned. It has intuitive texting which helps with typo's. There are tons of apps that will run on this phone. I do miss having a permanent keyboard, but that will pass with time. Over all I am extremely pleased and would recommend the Samsung Galaxy S5.

This is another in a series of Galaxy S phones and each is an improvement on the previous one. This phone is all I expected with few surprises. Positive surprise was that it is now easy to disable the carrier and Samsung apps that one doesn't need. The BIG negative is not phone related but a new Android change by Google. Goggle has now made severe restrictions on how applications can use the microSD card. Many backup programs can no longer store the backup on the SDCard. Only system apps can create, modify or delete files on the SD card unless they created the file in the first place. For example a photo editor cannot modify photos stored on the SD card. I cannot rearrange folders on the SD card with any app other than the built in file manager which lacks many of the features and ease of use found in third party apps. Apps can no longer be installed on the SD card. USB PC-Phone connections now limit the PC access to MTP. so that the PC sees the phone just as a media player. It appears that regular files can still be copied from SD card to PC but possibly with limitations. In order to mount the SD card as a drive in Windows, the card will have to be removed from the phone. All these limitations mean that the value of an SD card as a safe place to keep data that is easily carried from phone to phone is now limited or gone. It used to be that an Android phone with 16GB internal and a large SD card still had more storage than a 32GB competing product... No more!. For many users, we may as well consider that these phones no longer have microSD slots.

With great battery life, an awesome screen, perfect size, this is exactly what I wanted.

I find my phone easier to manage than I had first thought. Is actually less difficult that my previous, much less sophisticated phone. Of course, I haven't learned everything yet, but just knowing Samsung & Von are there to help me is a great confidence builder.
