MY previous phone was just that a phone. After being encouraged by both of my children and receiving the Galaxy 5 as a Christmas gift, I am glad that I made the move.

I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S II to the Galaxy S 5 and wow, I love this new phone. Samsung Galaxy phones are reliable, well made and easy to use. I am pleased with this purchase and the blue color of the phone is my favorite.

Loving the Samsung 5S. A couple of my favorite features are the health app and the safety function where you can discreetly send an .SOS message to designated person.

My phones are great but the sales person lied to me about the next program said it would only cost 2.00 per phone per bill they cost 27.00 per phone so I'm not happy

I am so glad I upgraded to the Galaxy S5 through Best Buy. The phone is great and I only paid a $1.00 for it! This was the 2nd time I got a phone through you all.

It really is a great phone and I am very pleased with it. I love that I don't have restrictions like the iPhone does.

You can do many things on it. I switched from the iPhone and I deffinetly like it a lot better. Even though it's a bigger screen than iphone. You can still get the same apps and the Google apps do help and I like the chrome better than safari on iPhone. Still haven't finished exploring through it completely but deffinetly like the sensors so I don't really need to press buttons if I don't want to

The battery life on this phone is great. The picture quality is great. The way you can set everything up with the detailed settings is great.

This is a good phone however, it's really not that different from the S5. I know they did some feature updates but 'm still not happy with the problems that I have with syncing emails and was expecting more features for the price.

Took 1 star off for new update not working well with Comcast. Net email. Don't know who is at fault, but it worked before the update. I now have to use xfinity connect app.

The Samsung S5 is an very good android phone, perhaps the best I've had to date. I have had the iPhone and HTC and this is clearly a technological advancement as well as an improved platform for usability and so far stability.

Durable and reliable. Power button is slightly better placed than on its predecessor, however, still awkward when holding the device in landscape orientation

I use to have the Samsung Galaxy s3, and my contract was up so I was looking for a upgrade. I'm so glade I upgraded to the s5 this phone is faster better looking and has way more improvement s over the later models. I got the best buy electric blue and the color is great. Customer service was great they set me up with everything I need and help with everything. I highly recommend this phone.

I really love my phones. Best Buy is a great store & have wonderful employees. I would definitely cme back to purchase my next device or electronic device.

THE GALAXY 5 IS BETTER THAN MY GALAXY 3 HAVEN'T HAD NO PROBLEM LIKE THE GALAXY 3

Bought this phone for my wife, who was an Iphone user, and she LOVES it. Life is good when the wife is happy and my wife is HAPPY! Thanks Best Buy for helping her pick out this phone.
