Great phone for the price. Phone was feature packed! Good phone!

I made the switch from the iPhone, and boy am I glad I did! I love the camera and the added speed of the android, if you haven't made the switch, I suggest you do!

hate the cover for the charging plug - very difficult to get open

Great phone, large improvement over my previous phone my Galaxy 3.

The phone is easy to use and the screen is amazing. I would recommend everyone to get it. the figure print scanner is awesome and the camera takes amazing photos.

This is my first smartphone. It has been fun to learn more about using it. I would have liked to have an owner's manual included so that I could read more about it before starting to use it.

This phone is my husbands phone, he uses it in his job because he gets better reception than with the company phone. With company phone he misses alot of calls .Sometimes a missed call means no work.

wasn't thinking too much about upgrading my phone until I saw the sale price on the s5's and decided the price would not get better so I upgraded and happy so far and hope so for the next 2 years

Going from a Galaxy S3 to a Galaxy S4 was really easy. At first I thought the difference in size would be hard to adjust to but it really isn't. I like all the new features that the S3 didn't have and that I was able to transfer all my music, contacts, etc.

I absolutably love this phone! The camera is great! The battery life is what matters more to me one charge lasts me all day and very quick to charge as well.

I made the switch from being an iPhone user since the 3gs to the 5s, and where have I been! This Samsung is the best thing ever! The picture quality is superb, and the ability to customize the phone to your liking is the best. Having the icons on the iPhone in a static position was boring. One issue I had was if you were switching from the iPhone to this one was making my text messages work on the Samsung from having the iMessage on the iPhone. I love the swype too!

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a bit overwhelming in that it is my first "smart phone." I really did not need anything other than text and talking, so I am not particularly thrilled with all the bells and whistles. But, AT&T didn't offer much in the way of just text and voice.

I like the S5. I had an S4 in the past and the S5 is similar.

Great speed, user friendly and so far (30 days in) zero bugs. Bought an otter box to protect it and feel its well worth the investment. Love this phone

I had ordered a phone for my son thru another store. And to my dismay I had to go out on Christmas eve and find another phone. The one I had bought wouldn't charge. I was so pleased to get in and out quickly with a new phone from best buy Thanks

This is my first smart phone and i liked all the tutorials that made learning how to use it and all of it's features easy. I am glad i bought a Samsung.
