renewed my phone plan through bestbuy with good service and good phone on sale...happy so far

I love the phone so far!!! So skinny, yet strong, so fast, yet comfortable, so big yet not like a tablet! great screen resolution. The only bad thing is that my galaxy S3 took way better pictures in low light. this one takes amazing pictures, but in low light it loses credibility.

There is a learning curve but you must use it to learn....I have help from a friend who has the same phone. I still like it better than apple phones.

I like the Healthcare features of the phone,the pedometer although it does not appear to be accurate is fun to use. I also like the Heart rate monitor. I see no upgrade from my s3 on the phone use side.

I love this phone. I love the screen size and it is easy to use.

The Samsung Galaxy s5 has turned out to be as great as expected. I use it a lot to connect to the internet and read emails so the large screen is helpful. The only negative I have about this phone is that when the volume is turned up to the highest it can go, there is a slight "buzzing" when others are talking. If you turn it down one notch it goes away.

I got this phone as anation upgrade to my Galaxy 4 and can honestly say that I am very pleased with how solid it has been running.

Was really hesitant to move to Android but not missing the iphone at all. My wife still has the iphone 5 and it seems real tiny. Thought the battery life would be improved on the Samsung but not really any better than my old iphone 4. Otherwise, I love the operating system and am really digging the bigger screen.

Very impressive phone. I had recently had iphones for the past few years and was getting bored with the basic design and features. Android is very customizable. The S5 screen is amazing, its the perfect size especially coming from an Iphone which is tiny compared to this.

I LOVE my S5 in Blue. I just wish the cases would allow the beautiful blue to show!!!

Got this on an awesome Black Friday deal - we love this phone! My husband can be a bit "rough" on phones and this is the first phone that doesn't need a bubble for him to handle. It's sturdy and has held up well in it's first month. Screen size is larger than the Galaxy SIII we traded up from. Graphics and resolution are much improved.

I purchased this phone as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Needless to say she was one happy girl and loves her new Galaxy s5

It might just be because I'm not used to it yet, but I'm struggling with settings and how sensitive it is. I feel like every time I pick it up or put it in my bag, some button is hit and I'm always nervous about what it's going to do. Switching over from an iphone was a NIGHTMARE! After it was activated, weeks later, I ended up at the at&t store, then a few days later on the phone with at&t, then a week later with apple before it was all straightened out. I'm checking yes to recommend to a friend, but only because there's not an "undecided" option.

I love the S5. Best Buy is the only place I can get a new one, and I opted for it. The S5 doesn't catch on fire, and it works great. It also has Marshmallow support. This phone is 2 generations old, but AT&T is still rolling out updates for it. It takes decent pictures and still runs all the apps I need it to run.
