Yes, it is true. I love this phone. Upgraded from the s3 and because I bought it just a few months shy of the s6 release I got a VERY good deal from Best Buy. I will never go anywhere else when buying a phone.

While a bit different from my old Android phone, it was easy to get used to the new screens. Love the double window screens. Fast connections to the internet.

I have already recommended to a friend that would like a gearfit feature. This mobile is very fast with a lot of features. Some features, such as apps, are duplicated and unnecessary for me.

the phone is great, I just hate that it comes with a million preloaded apps/programs that you have to go through and decide whether or not to delete. I've had the phone for a month, but have not had time to cull out unwanted programs that were preloaded. it's overwhelming to wade through.

you are either a Samsung fan or an apple fan. my husband loves the Samsung products and so does my son. they have transitioned away from apple and are pleased with this android

This phone has everything you should need, great features, camera is great, and the screen resolution can,t be beat.

I've owned many cellphones and this one is the best. Pictures are so good that you don't need to own a camera.

Love this phone, in fact, both of my children have the Galaxy S5. It's easy to use for my kids and it can use it to look at Excel spreadsheet rather easily. Definitely converted me from the iPhone.

I have always had a Samsung phone since they've come out through AT&T. My family members have had other brands. I never have the problems they have and my phone always lasts longer than theirs do.

its very complicated & hard to get used to from my blackberry, im in my 70's and im still going used to this thing, although my grandkids tell me its the best thing out there.... but its not my blackberry.###!!!#@*&

This phone is a huge upgrade to the S4. The camera and screen are just fantastic. Battery life is better as well.

My wife and I each got one and could not be happier. Easy to customize and add apps or shut off the ones I don't need or want. The speech to text is much better than previous phone was. It's not just my phone, it's replaced my Kindle. Touchscreen is very responsive. I like the fact that it's ruggedized too.

This is my first Android phone, I've been using iPhone for the past 5 years and this galaxy puts the iPhone to shame, I feel I can customize the heck of this phone, if there is something I don't like well I just download something that I like and I replace it. The screen is amazing doesn't feel that big actually I am watching the NHL playoffs on the phone and its amazing.

The Galaxy 5 is awesome. I was skeptical switching from my i-Phone but this phone has so much to offer. Its simple and easy to use. I still like i-Phones but for now, my Galaxy is all I need!

Not a heavy smartphone user but I love this phone. I have been a iPhone user for years and am glad I made the switch. Just be sure you kill your iMessage link to your number if you switch and port your number otherwise your messages to your contacts who use iMessage will continue to go to that account.

This has been the easiest phone to use. It has a great screen size and easy to hold. The apps are so many.

This phone is not for those who just want a phone, minimal internet access, and mainly a camera. I find myself more frustrated with the level of technology than happy to own it and I love samsung products. I'm just not that computer savvy to have a phone this advanced. The camera takes amazing pictures yet again its technology is advanced as well and I am still learning how to use it to the max. I like some of its features; however, I find myself missing more features from the iPhone I had previously. I am writing I would recommend it to computer and technology appropriate friends - it's not for everyone.
