Some problem with mic, callers have trouble understanding what I am saying.

My wife simply loves this phone. It is fast, light weight and very easy to find cases for it.

Only issue is that you can't multi task. Much better than the new I Phone

Phone is packed full of features, and has done everything that I excepted and more. My kids have the iPhone and they like the flow of this phone better then their iPhone.

The S5 is great for those starting out and great update for previous Samsung owners. Packs plenty of power that translates well in speed of the screen and launch of apps.

Great phone, like the size & clarity. Need to adjust setting so it will stay "on" longer after swipping the screen. Like having the numbers on the same keypad as letters.

Took awhile to set up & transfer. Wish I could have had bought in store.

my husband and I have had these phones just over 2 years now and love them they have everything we need and more the camera is very nice for a phone

great graphics. Can now read emails with out any problem. Apps screen is now easy to use.

Had a S3 previously and this was a nice upgrade. The only problem was with AT&T. I havery their new family shared where each line was $15 a line. Once I upgraded my phone my line went up to $40 a month. AT&T never said anything about this when I changed my plan. I haven't seen anything about it on their commercials either. There also is a $40 upgrade fee.

This phone has it all..and is fast, durable and looks stylish.

The Galaxy S5 is awesome, I have no trouble with using the phone. The apps that is pre-installed are pretty cool along with the galaxy app store has some good apps.

Great phone, doesn't drop calls and battery life is good. It charges in 20 mins to 100%. It is alittle large, use to have an iphone. Would purchase this phone again.

I love this phone. Like the back finish of the phone. Easy to navigate and get around. Like the Contacts views and logs.

I like this version. Phone has minimal glitches and if set up properly uses less data. I think of myself as a power user and this phone reacts quickly. Otherwise, less time waiting for it to process or get data. Glad I made the switch.

The home screen button is very sensitive, would like phone better

One of the best phones ever. I was looking at this or the LG GA but decided why jump from Samsung now especially with a phone that has so many great features.

This was a huge decision for me. I was a faithful IPHONE User since the 3. I switched to the S5 due to the storage capacity. I love the fact you can save whatever you want to the SD Card. I like the Polaris Software which allows you to work with documents. So far I am very happy with the phone Battery life is not as good as the IPHONE 5 I traded in. In my opinion, Best Buy is the best place to get a new phone. Their trade in policy is great. I walked out with my new phone, a case and some money left over on a gift card.

Went from an HTC ONE to Galaxy S5, like the bigger screen..Easy to use once you get familiar with phone options. Battery life is too short, find that I have to re-charge before the day is over even when not using phone much.
