I'm an Apple guy and thought I'd try an Android. Galaxy S5 is complicated and I spend hours searching online to set this phone up the way I liked it. Then I realized if this phone ever failed I'd have to do it all over again. Couple things that really sealed the deal with me returning the Galaxy after a week was the vibrate feature was so week I never felt it and the lack of control of individual apps having access to my location. The iPhone vibrate feature is much better and iPhone allows the control of apps accessing location. Very happy I returned the Galaxy and got an iPhone.

Switched from the iphone to the galaxy s 5. Took a couple weeks to adjust but so far it's a good phone. And the battery life is 200 times better than iPhone

I do like this phone - upgraded from Note III. I like it a lot, easy to hold in my hand - complex and still learning. Wish it had a thorough how to manual.

My daughter got this to replace her old Samsung Galaxy Express. So far, so good. She loves it!

I have had apple phones for 6-7 years now and switching to a Samsung S5 android took some getting use to. But now that I'm more familiar with it I really like this phone. It has lots of great features and the predictive text is a lot smarter ha. And the remote control app is my favorite. Never have to look for the remote control again. "Cuz my kids always loose it" . Well I hope this helps your decision making!

It does everything I want or need and much more. It has a top notch display and easily allows web browsing and specific use. what makes it even more valuable is the ability to learn more and do more because of the built in possibilities. You can expand you productivity by learning more about it is possible with the S5.

first time android user. i knew right away i wanted to add a 64GB micro sdcard for music storage. it was not easy. the card needs to be reformatted by the phone, then create a folder called music. if you try to move large batches of mp3s at once they will corrupt. you need to move album by album, and if the phone is fully charged and warning you to unplug the usb cable, anyfile transfers will corrupt or fail. once you are done, you are good to go and then as you accrue more albums you can add them very simply. i believe this is a hardware issue.

Good Phone, Husband wantred the new and improved. Rep told us wrong info so bill is all messed up.
