I went to the Haggerty/Novi store to activate my phone. Received great service.

this is my first smartphone, it's great, it takes clear pictures and easy to use. although it has short battery life, it charges fast. I use the pedometer and the heart rate check.

Phone is very good multi tasking. Email, Web search and calls work together.

Purchased the Galaxy S5 for my husband at the unbelievable Black Friday promo price of $1. This was an upgrade from his Galaxy 3. He loves the phone. The size is a bit much for the convenience of sticking it in his pocket. The Samsung phones have been much better products than the iPhones that our son and daughter owned. Less problems and many more pluses. Purchasing the Galaxy S5 from Best Buy was efficient and easy, and we had the phone shipped and in our hands in a couple of days. Good job Best Buy.

Has worked without issue for me so far. Works fast with a very clean display.

I really love this phone. My daughter has an iPhone and this phone has a much bigger and brighter screen which works well for me.

great phone size would like to have it in aluminium casing with front speakers

Some problem with mic, callers have trouble understanding what I am saying.

My wife simply loves this phone. It is fast, light weight and very easy to find cases for it.

Only issue is that you can't multi task. Much better than the new I Phone

Phone is packed full of features, and has done everything that I excepted and more. My kids have the iPhone and they like the flow of this phone better then their iPhone.

The S5 is great for those starting out and great update for previous Samsung owners. Packs plenty of power that translates well in speed of the screen and launch of apps.

my husband and I have had these phones just over 2 years now and love them they have everything we need and more the camera is very nice for a phone

Great phone, like the size & clarity. Need to adjust setting so it will stay "on" longer after swipping the screen. Like having the numbers on the same keypad as letters.

Took awhile to set up & transfer. Wish I could have had bought in store.

At first the phone took a little getting use to. After a week or so I decided I would never go back to my old phone.! Love it!!! Love how my pictures are so clear too!!

great graphics. Can now read emails with out any problem. Apps screen is now easy to use.

Had a S3 previously and this was a nice upgrade. The only problem was with AT&T. I havery their new family shared where each line was $15 a line. Once I upgraded my phone my line went up to $40 a month. AT&T never said anything about this when I changed my plan. I haven't seen anything about it on their commercials either. There also is a $40 upgrade fee.
