Bought this one for my mother-in-law. She had an issue with it sounding like it was in a tunnel, which I can confirm from speaking to her (when she was not actually in a tunnel) 0=) Returned it and got the Note 4.

I got this phone as a part of the black Friday sales, and I'm sure glad that I did! This phone is phrnominal, and the customer service provided to me was wonderful, and made for an easy transition to a new phone.

This was a gift for the family, and it worked out ok..

Perfect timing for me, needed to upgrade my iPhone and this was my opportunity to try the samsung. Still not accustomed to the operating system. But I am getting better at it. Overall I think it's a great phone.

Overall, my Galaxy S5 is an awesome phone, but the service promised by AT&T was less than questionable. I was going to switch companies due to high prices, but AT&T switched me to their cancellation department. A "high"level supervisor provided me with an excellent alternative which at that point I decided to stay with them. I was promised $174 plus keeping my 30 Gigs of data, but when I looked at my bill the following month, it read $253 with only 20 Gigs of data. I know that this is supposed to be a special, but originally, I was paying $257 for 30 Gigs of data. With that said, it wiuld be rediculously for me to not keep my original payment when for an extra $3, I would keep my 30 Gigs. Now, I am stuck paying approximately $2000 for the next two years because I am under contract and I cannot switch companies. I have been on the phone with several high level supervisors, and all they can say is that they are sorry, even when they have a recording and can review it. I have asked to personally speak to the original supervisor who I spoke to, as well as her superior, but they refuse to allow me to get in touch with her. I have wasted more than 10 hours on the phone with this issue, along with the fact that their last supervisor promised a call from his superior. I have been waiting for over a week and a half, and have yet to hear from anyone. As a loyal AT&T customer for over 10 years, I will never recommend AT&T to anyone anymore. I was ecstatic with my service before, but if, and when I am able to change my service again , I will be doing so immediately.

I went from an IPhone to the Galaxy. it has better/quicker response time--better "key board" (both numbers and letters on same page) I my opinion better apps.

Don't appreciate being forced to use my media for texts. Can't even use wifi. I also liked to have songs for ringtones but unsure if that will happen with this phone. I was anxious to get away from IPhone and it turns out the things I hated about iPhones has been incorporated into android now.

This is MY first smartphone, so much to learn. My wife and kids have had smartphones for years. My son in laws also have this phone.They've been teaching me the best basic parts of this phone, it's amazing!

Doesn't quite compare to Apple's iPhone. Wish I hadn't switched.

This is the most amazing phone I've ever owned. Easy to use, great screen - sensitive and I can even read it outside!!! Lightweight and durable which is perfect for working outside. Samsung apps are awesome!!

Favorite phone yet. Only suggestion if you are moving from iPhone is to turn off imessage at least 2 weeks ahead of time

Love the phone. The only thing I would not give 5 stars would be camera controls. Need 2 hands to do close up, not like older version where one finger on slide control. Still a great phone and good value.

a great product....but what really seals the deal was the backup technically that the store provided. will buy all my electronics there in the future

Upgraded from the IPhone 4S, I am working in a remote area and now I can make calls that my IPhone wouldn't from this job site. The battery life isn't what I expected it to be.

Each one of my family members just bought this phone. It has been great, Samsung definitely has a good product, but for me I will always prefer iOS.

I love the kid mode. Just put all the babies games in kid mode, pass code it, and eureka they can't get out of kid mode without pass code. No more suprises of downloaded games from the play store

I use my phone for everything since I am always on the go. I can do everything that I do on my tablet. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

Was going to get the HTC M8 but heard this was coming out the next weekend, so I waited. Glad I did because to is a great phone. Two of my co-workers purchase this phone now and both like it.

Just love my new Galaxy S5. I'm taking advantage of all the apps available on the phone. It has given me a new outlook on the cyber world.
