    No one can hear me when I call. I've been to best buy twice for them to blow it out. It's a little better since I bought a case.

    Great features, very multi-functional! Speaker sound gets a little distorted when full volume is used but still pretty loud.

    as a novice, i wish the phone came with a printed manual and had a spot to hold a stylus, but other than that, it has served me very well- I like it and am still learning my way around it
