The port coverage was superb, no sand/dust or water getting in. Only complaint is that one of the rubber covers broke after about a year, but I caused that by overusing it (I would move it around when I was bored, so mine got much more than the intended use). Great product

Like the service at Best Buy. Wish there was a face time option or app. Grade quality and resolution in the video part. Looking forward to using the heart monitor and fitness watch with it. Very user-friendly I am very happy with it in three days more than I wasn't I had my iPhone
