My 15 year old loves this phone. No going back to Iphone. Samsung Galaxy S5 is multifunctional. He does school work, researches, keeps up with his buddies on social media & Instagram, maps out locations, takes video, controls other devices & appliances.Who knows what else he will discover.

Upgraded to s5 from the s3. Has a lot of great features and the camera is awesome.

I never thought I would give up my iPhone, but my need for more storage forced do me to look at Samsung. I could not be happier with my Galaxy s5!! They are years ahead of Apple. I will never give up my Samsung, great phone!!

This phone is amazing. I can pretty much do anything and everything with it. It's easy to navigate and understand. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Loving my upgrade, the Galaxy S5 is doing so much better than my previous Galaxy. I really like the fingerprint scanner and the fact that the phone is dust and water resistant. Like the upgraded recharging with the enhanced cable, as well as normal charging with existing car chargers, etc.

I love the phone. It has some cool tools. Also the camera takes great pictures.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 has proved to be another great product from Samsung. It is very easy to use even for people who might be taking there first look at a smart phone ( if there's even any people left out there that haven't used one yet). I am very pleased with my recent purchase.

I swore off Samsung/Android after my seemingly great Captivate lasted less than a year, but after dealing with the limitations of my iPhone, I decided to try Samsung/Android again. So far, I am really impressed! But the true review will come in a year to see if it is still performing!

The galaxy5s replaced my galaxy4s, not because of anything wrong, but because I have had such great experience with their phones, I just had to get the latest one. I love it...

Works great as a phone/camera/coupon locator/sms/skype/game-playing machine - its everything you need out of an android and I know I haven't begun to scratch the surface of uses for it. It's been rock-solid (even though presence of kids made me get an otterbox - cheap insurance)

Great phone! I upgraded from a GS3, and this is a wonderful upgrade to that. Love all the extra features like toolbox, kids mode, waterproof, quick connect, etc. The left quick key pulling up your recent apps instead of a menu is something you have to get used to, but I dig it now!!

Everyone at this location is great we drive out of our way to come to this store. The manager is very friendly and his team is great. Vasa and the Samsung specialist were very helpful customer service is polite and willing to help.The girl who sold us our seriously is great too!!

The phone is extremely well made. What can I say it's almost perfect. The battery life could be a little longer though. It has almost replaced my laptop. I couldn't live with out it. It has replaced both my camera and my MP3 player. I'm so glad I bought it instead of an i phone.

Had nothing but problems from the start. The phone would just freeze up while I was browsing. Then it froze and restarted itself. I took it to the store and they said it never got updated to the latest software (even though on multiple occasions it downloaded and installed new software). I figured that could easily be the problem, but it just started freezing about a day later. Then the home button started sticking down and not working correctly. I wanted to just return the phone and get something else, but of course it was past the 14 day return period and they wouldn't do anything for me even though they sold me a messed up phone. And then to top it off a week later the screen cracks and stops working, even though I have an otter box and it was just sitting in my pocket. I've had an s2 for 3 years (the last year I took it out of the otter box) and it still works fine and has never broken( I drop it all the time). The s5 is a poorly, cheaply made phone. Ill never buy another Samsung product or shop at Best Buy ever again.

Phone is great. But the best buy insurance is not. My screen cracked and apparently you have to pay an additional 150. Even though the plan covers it. Then you have to buy another plan because bringing it in voids the plan. So 450. Just to get it right. Don't drop it! !!

my boyfriend had the iPhone and I talked him into getting the galaxy because that's all ive ever had. hes absolutely happy with it and its been an awesome phone so far.

This s5 is an upgrade from our s3. The transition was easy, it runs smoother and the graphics are better. My son loves the color options

I was talked in to purchasing this phone instead of an IPhone. I miss my IPhone now. The camera is great but this phone is so big in my hand that it's hard to maneuver. I am still not receiving all of my text messages from Iphone users even though I have called Apples and they reset something. etc.

I GOT A LEMON RIGHT OUT THE BOX.I TALKED TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO LIKE THE PHONE .IF YOU DO BUY ONE PLEASE CHECK EVERY FUNCTION BEFORE THE 14 DAY RETURN OR ELSE YOU HAVE A 1 YEAR WARRANTY THROUGH SAMSUNG FOR THEM TO FIX IT.ALSO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE GEEK SQUAD ,I FOUGHT WITH THEM FOR A MONTH FOR A SIMPLE EXCHAGE,VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.WORST I EVER HAD,BY FAR.

Miss some of the features of my iPhone but this camera is way better.
