sometimes when answering it doesnt like yo slide the first time

Still learning the ins and outs of using the features of this phone, but so far have been very happy with it. The only bad thing is that, even using power saving feature, the charge does seem to go down pretty quickly. They could improve on that. Otherwise, it is a great phone. If it weren't for the charge going down quickly, I would have rated the phone a 5.

I have had this phone and an iPhone 5s I would recommend the iphone

This was an excellent phone that i purchased for work, no longer available but an excellent phone that lasted until i upgraded when galaxy S9 came out.

This is a good phone, but a little quirky. If you don't swipe the screen within 2-3 seconds of activating the screen, it goes black on you again. No paper manual (I like the old fashioned way of reading as apposed to on screen.) Processor is a little slow with reactions, even with nothing running. Best feature is it's waterproof to 3 ft for 30 seconds.

I have just gone from the stone age, to the Jet age ,I have had a tracfone for 8 years, this phone is amazing. And at 63 yrs Old, it teachs this old dog new tricks every day. I am so glad I bought it.

I am so glad I took the leap and got the phone. I was a Blackberry person for many years prior to getting this phone. Just proves that change is good sometimes.

I am amazed at the quality and performance. I love the texting by voice. It really has replaced my computer when I am on the go.

After using Apple products for years and having no complaints gave this a shot. Overall pretty slick. I think we forget that these are phones that do other stuff. Call quality is fine and the stuff other than the camera I rarely use. A less expensive alternative to an iPhone.

I love my new phone, beats the iPhone in everything. I couldn't have asked for anything else! User friendly, doesn't freeze on me, doesn't ask me to do updates every single day like the iPhone.

Despite the initial issues when I ordered it and not being able to hetbit in the store when I received the product I love it. This is my second smart phone (first was blackberry). This phone is morebuswr friendly to many apps and I am glad to own it.

We have always use Droid, and this phone has been the best of any I have owned. Great phone and would definitely buy again.

Bought it at Best Buy and they were the best in helping me switch over phones. They had a Samsung representative there when I bought phone, she was very helpful and Samsung offers classes during the week at the store to continue helping me when needed.

I love it because I can text message all over the world especially from Italy. I can speak in italian and it types in Italian when I switch the English language to Italian. Also, the icons are easy to understand what they are and mean.

Got phone during black Friday sales. However, the $1 phone cost me around $100 (my fault) by paying $40 upgrade fee, mini sd card, otterbox and screen protector. Some basic features were different from my old HTC. Took a while to get most info off web. Also, Best Buy had Samsung rep on site(Ashley) and she was very helpful
