    The phone is awesome...I would have rated it 5 stars...but it gets dinged lower for the Best Buy sales team. They told me my bill would only go up $5-$9 a month...when it went up $27 a month. Very unhappy about that

    the phone is lightweight for how big it is and when i first got it it was fun to play with however the sound quality is AWFUL, you can barely hear it. Forget taking HDR pics because they come out blurry everytime.

    My phone within a few days started locking up and would not function at all went to store and phone had to be completely replaced looks like my sd card got comprised during the transition from my first phone to this one and comprised the new phone. Best buy employees were helpful in fixing the issue and now it is working fine after getting a new sd card just be careful with certain apps looks like that is what comprised the card to begin with. Would purchase this phone as long as you do no have to hassle with this issue.
