The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a great phone with great features, but this one borders on being too big. In my opinion it's a bit unwieldy and perhaps due to large screen the battery runs down fast. My battery lasts about 8-10 hours of moderate to heavy use,.

I really like the phone, but sometimes when click the sleep button it won't turn back on for 15 minutes. And it happens often throughout the day and so I took the phone to Geek Squad and they said they have to actually see it happen which is very difficult because I don't live near any Best Buy. Terrible customer service.

This it's s really good phone with a great camera.

It is a great phone to have for its processor speed.

The best phone that I have ever had....LOVE IT!!! But you will need to figure out how to set the alert tones...I was getting beeps with every e-mail...goggle it if you can't figure it out...really pleased with the choice I made.

Phone works great I bought it for my girlfriend and she is excited and loves it. The picture quality is great and being able to adjust the pictures it's easy to maneuver we are iPhone users and will go back to it but it works great

I made the switch to this phone from the iPhone, it's been a learning experience for sure, but so far so good. I suspect when it's time to get a new phone, however, I may just go back to the iPhone, though. Not that there's anything in particular that I don't like, but you just can't teach an old dog new tricks!

The Galaxy S5, is that choice for the understanding of what you need. AT&T 4G speed and for sure that you have a fast quality device.

I switched from an iPhone and have not regretted the decision. I love the phone and it is quite sturdy.

I thought would be transferring everything from my iphone to the Galaxy would be more difficult than it was. I would to recommend this phone to anybody in a heartbeat!

Had a galaxy s3. Decided to upgrade. Not much difference between the two. One app I absolutely hate is the drive mode. I don't text and drive,but every time I drive I have to disable the app.

It may be the best phone out there. Another family mamber has the iPhone and even though that is a well made phone too, the Samsung just feels better in every aspect

This was a gift for the family, and it worked out ok..

I used iOS for a long period of time (iPhone, 3, 4S, 5S) and wanted to experience Android. I picked Samsung S5 and so far I am OK. The processing speed is better than iPhone. Also , Google recognize my accent better than Siri. You can set it up to your own convenience but iPhone much more simpler.

Bought this one for my mother-in-law. She had an issue with it sounding like it was in a tunnel, which I can confirm from speaking to her (when she was not actually in a tunnel) 0=) Returned it and got the Note 4.

I got this phone as a part of the black Friday sales, and I'm sure glad that I did! This phone is phrnominal, and the customer service provided to me was wonderful, and made for an easy transition to a new phone.

Perfect timing for me, needed to upgrade my iPhone and this was my opportunity to try the samsung. Still not accustomed to the operating system. But I am getting better at it. Overall I think it's a great phone.

Overall, my Galaxy S5 is an awesome phone, but the service promised by AT&T was less than questionable. I was going to switch companies due to high prices, but AT&T switched me to their cancellation department. A "high"level supervisor provided me with an excellent alternative which at that point I decided to stay with them. I was promised $174 plus keeping my 30 Gigs of data, but when I looked at my bill the following month, it read $253 with only 20 Gigs of data. I know that this is supposed to be a special, but originally, I was paying $257 for 30 Gigs of data. With that said, it wiuld be rediculously for me to not keep my original payment when for an extra $3, I would keep my 30 Gigs. Now, I am stuck paying approximately $2000 for the next two years because I am under contract and I cannot switch companies. I have been on the phone with several high level supervisors, and all they can say is that they are sorry, even when they have a recording and can review it. I have asked to personally speak to the original supervisor who I spoke to, as well as her superior, but they refuse to allow me to get in touch with her. I have wasted more than 10 hours on the phone with this issue, along with the fact that their last supervisor promised a call from his superior. I have been waiting for over a week and a half, and have yet to hear from anyone. As a loyal AT&T customer for over 10 years, I will never recommend AT&T to anyone anymore. I was ecstatic with my service before, but if, and when I am able to change my service again , I will be doing so immediately.

I went from an IPhone to the Galaxy. it has better/quicker response time--better "key board" (both numbers and letters on same page) I my opinion better apps.
