I came from using iPhones, tried this phone and hated it. Took it right back to bestbuy and got an iPhone 6. S5 seemed real slow also, but screen display was nice.

The only real improvement over the S4 is the battery life. This phone is less intuitive and harder to use.

Some of the updates from the Samsung 3 to the Samsung 5 are confusing and hard to figure out. It is having a hard time with updates.

I lasted one hour with this phone and promptly returned it. I couldn't even hold it in one hand. I do not understand why it is so big.

My phone died less than 6 months after being purchased. The apps are many but they aren't as good as the ones on my Windows phone!

Not a bad phone, except Voice Wake-up for S Voice doesn't work and somehow a lot of pictures came out blurry.

Not a bad phone just a little large and so much going on with the phone that it drains fast when all in use.

Purchased this phone because I'm a mother of a 3 y/o. Needless to say, the phone went into the tub within 3 weeks of purchase. The water proof feature of this phone did not "hold water". The phone would not charge, did not work for 6 hours and camera was damaged. Worse part, I went to Best Buy to see if we could do an exchange. The first set of employees stated it would be no problem just come back to store with accessories. Drove 30 mins to pick up what was needed to return to store and second set of employees would not complete the exchange. Told me to go to AT&T and contact Samsung! Worse experience of my life dealing with such a high end company. Never Again!

the galaxy note 4 wasn't out at the time when i bought the S5, otherwise i would have waited.

I have had the phone for about a month and the first week I was pleased now... Not so much. The screen glitches out. It asks if i want to power down. Then I lose all service. Then it randomly turns up the volume. I don't know if it's normal or not for the phone tI tell u to check the battery cover or not it does that every time I power off.

Phone's fine. However going from Apple to Andriod is time consuming and very frustrating.

My phone has a lot of mechanical issues for being brand new.

The phone drove me nuts and wanted to throw it out.

I've had this phone for about a month now, the screen cracked from one drop and I'm not getting alot of.my sms messages. Samsung wants 160+ plus dollars to fix this. If I was still with apple. They would have switched it out free of charge.

I had an iphone before the galaxy. Not anyway near as good as the galaxy. Still getting to know all of the things I can do with it.

I switched over to the galaxy s5 from an iPhone 4s and in my opinion this phone is WAY better. The picture quality is better, the battery life is better and I like Google play MUCH better than iTunes. My favorite part about this phone has to be the camera. I love to take pictures all the time and this phones camera is almost better than my nikon!

This is the best phone I have ever bought! It has amazing quality, great battery life, awesome camera, and great screen resolution.
