Got this phone on Thanksgiving deal. Nice phone. Initially was having some trouble porting my existing number. Best buy representative was very helpful to get this done.

Up graded my sons phone. He likes it a lot. Make sure you put a screen protector on it. Teens usually drop their phones. Have had it for about a month and no accidents.

I found it a bit difficult to transition from my old I phone to the layout of the Samsung. I especially found it tedious to find how to keep the phone from making a sound each and every time I got an email (200+ per day, and during the night).

This phone has a lot of features to keep you playing with it. The only drawback I have found is the speaker phone sound quality. It is very scratchy and sound like there is something in with the speaker if you turn it up past a certain level.

Samsung only gets better and better. Easy to use with tons of technology. Camera is awesome. I will never use an I phone again.Thanks Best Buy Riverbank, you guys rock.

Who needs an iPhone when you can have a Samsung? I've been an iPhone user for quite some time, but it was time to move on to something better. Best upgrade I've done.

The simplicity of the phone was "sold" to me by an employee. After being an iPhone user for the past 5 years, I still cannot navigate through contacts and understand how they work. If I could, I would return the product in a heartbeat.

This phone is great I went from a Samsung S4 to the 5 and it is amazing. I have always been a supporter of the Samsung products everything I own and purchase is Samsung.

I own an HTC M8, the Galaxy 5 is for my dad. he absolutely loves the phone. Its hardware is awesome, details about it are all great! I love messing around with it.

The samsung galaxy 5 is a great upgrade from my 3 that i previously owned. light weight. CON: the battery/phone will overheat and disable certain apps i.e camera

Bought this phone for my son for his birthday. He loved the phone and had no trouble transferring from an Apple phone to this one. He prefers this one after use.

I had a galaxy s3 that wouldn't stay charged. I like the Samsung products, so naturally I picked the s 5. Happy with the product, not so thrilled about the cost

its a great phone, my son just loves it, he does not regret switching from an I-phone to this beautiful cell phone.

Great phone once i got it activated which was an act of god. It was for my son and it is taking him a while to get used to since he switched from and iphone.

i have used both androids and iphone in the past. i loved my iphone and was hesitant to switch but im glad i did.

I got the S4 and really loved it. When I got the chance for an upgrade I immediately went and got the S5 and have not regretted it for a moment! I am hooked.

The Staff at Best Buy transferred not only my contacts but my calendar and photos from my old Windows phone. The is great with a lot more app's available.

I upgraded from a Galaxy Note because of the camera resolution and I'm not disappointed. I love this phone.
