We find the battery do not last long when are children are useing the tablet, this is a problem because the tablet have become a part of their daily activity.

Love the phone and all the new features. my favorite one is the heart rate monitor. I am an avid running and it is nice to use after a run.

The only thing negative I can say is that people tell me its hard to hear me speaking when I put the phone on speaker. Other than that, its a great phone

I think this phone is great. The camera on this phone is awesome.

Went looking for new phones and settled on the S5, actually needed 2 so did not want to mix up wifes and mine so selected different one.

Withstood years of abuse from my teenage son. Hes had it going on 6 years now and it is still working just fine.

Too many useless unwanted apps that will not uninstall. Automatically updates those apps even though the box for auto updates has been unchecked. Constantly notifies when these apps need to be updated.

I use my phone for everything. I have to normally charge it half way through the day but the charge time is amazing, totally worth it!!

Left my iPhone for the galaxy s5 love love it.. I don't think I will go back to the iPhone...

I would not recommend this as a work phone. It is not quality enough for me. As a personal phone for casual conversation and text I think it is missing in the speaker phone category. Otheraise I like it.

When it was time to replace my Galaxy SIII, it was a no brainer. Couldn't be happier with the phone - the Galaxy line is best in class.

Got me to give up my iPhone. This phone rocks and is cheaper than Apple. Plus I can expand my memory and change memory stick on the fly.

The phone is working great with just crack noise in loud speaker mode. No other problem in this model.Best buy shop representatives were friendly to buy this mobile. I have enrolled geek squad protection plan for the mobile later I exchanged the mobile at shop since it had some manufacturing isuue. It has been two months I am calling back again and again the customer service to update the protection plan for the exchanged device. No proper solution so far though i have been redirected to many service department.. End up with bad service for the protection plan :(..

This case is very pretty, and has protected my phone quit well. It does not have a screen protector, but i purchased the seperately.

Overall for the money it was the best purchase I've made in personal communication devices in a long time beats the iPhone hands down.

i don't like it as well as the iPhone or maybe im just not used to it yet can play some of the games I used to play on my I phone

All around great phone. Everything from the top to bottom has been modified to great specifications. Couldn't have a better phone.

I have always been an iPhone user/lover but I couldn't resist trying this phone. It works great and made for an easy switch. I bought my 65 year old dad one and it was very easy for him to use.

Great. Love it. Completely satisfied. Highly recommend it.
